Super bad customer service and unprofessional behavior by the store manager Christina and a salesperson. I purchased 5 bags but discovered at home that 1 bag was missing from the paper bag. I promptly contacted the store, and a salesperson (presumably Romaine, as per my receipt) apologized and informed me that they had left the bag out. She assured me that the item would be set aside for me to pick up at my convenience.
When I returned to the store, I presented my receipt and explained the situation to an associate. She involved the manager, Christina, who, without any willingness to investigate the matter, arrogantly claimed that the store’s cameras showed I had taken all the bags. Despite my explanation that I had been contacted by a store representative regarding the missing item, Christina dismissed me with a condescending tone, rolling her eyes, and a judgmental attitude! Her behavior was completely unprofessional, and it felt as though she was accusing me of lying. I then took the step of verifying the phone call I had received. When I called the number from the voicemail, the person answered, "Michael Kors National Harbor, Tanger Outlet," confirming that they were the ones who had reached out to inform me about the missing bag. I continued speaking, but the person on the other end did not respond, which could have been Christina, who was in the back room and refused to address the issue. I called again and made it clear that I would not leave the store until the matter was resolved. However, she still refused to assist me.
Eventually, an associate came out and handed me the bag, but with an attitude. Christina, the manager, did not even bother to come out and address the situation, so unprofessional. Her rude demeanor, dismissive gestures, and overall lack of respect toward a paying customer are completely unacceptable.
The actions of the salesperson and manager, Christina, reflect poorly on the brand, and I am extremely disappointed by the service I received. I strongly believe she would benefit from a review of customer service standards and training in conflict resolution. This experience has left me with a very negative impression of Michael Kors, National Harbor, Tanger Outlet, and I will reconsider future purchases...

A sales associate immediately assisted and started me on my expensive shopping experience. I love all things Michael Kors (googly eyes!!) and I always aim to buy something; why tease myself by "just looking"??? Today (Friday, February 19th, 2016) they were offering 50% off the majority of their retail. Honestly, as an outlet venue they will always have some sort of sale and/or discount, so fret not.
What I liked it that my sales associate took the time to get to know my personal style and dress code. I have to dress very professionally at my job and she totally understood this. While I was trying on different attire in the dressing room she continously asked to see the choices after I tried them on AND she frequently brought me more and more selections. I felt so loved!!!! The entire staff, including the manager loved the impromptu modeling show...it was too cute. The sales associate definitely earned her commission today!!!
I ended up purchasing a versatile raincoat, a super cute white pleated dress, a black studded satchel and some water repellent for my MK boots and products.
Overall a fantastic experience; I just wish they sold footwear! But very friendly associates. Kudos and I'll definitely...

The manager, Christina should be FIRED! She demeans both customers and employees. Initially the experience started out pretty good; I ordered two pairs of shoes for my wife which they no longer had in the store. Another manager( did not get her name) was assisting a young staff member ( young man with dreads)the two of them provided excellent customer service. Christina interjected herself, spoke to the other manager in a demeaning manner regarding a device that was needed to swipe a card. Once the transaction was near completion, the total was incorrect; since we were ordering them from the store, I was told we would be getting them at the store’s price( which was cheaper) and not the price on line. Again, Christina interjected herself and began speaking to me as if I was a child and if I did not understand what she said. She was VERY NASTY! Needless to say neither my wife and I or the others we were with purchased the items we were interested in.
