2 Chicks and a Head Shop — Local services in Ozark

I'm going to go ahead and give them a three. Here's the story......m I've been going to this place since it first opened. I was there the day they had the ribbon cutting for the chamber of commerce. I don't know there once a month and throughout the whole month spend at least $100 so $100 a month was going to that place from me. They were always so nice Erica, the owner and her husband. They took time to talk to you. You know they got new things in and they would tell you about them. My son bought me a blunt bubbler from their store for my 50th birthday. It got broken. I wanted to replace it without him knowing it had gotten broken. So I reached out to the head shop where he bought it which is two chicks in a head shop and the lady told me that answer the phone that they would actually order one for me and I was thrilled. She said they'd call me when it came in. No one ever calls me so I'm in Ozark so I stop by to see if it had been ordered or to see if they were still willing to order one for me. They basically said oh yeah we had those. Sorry we don't have them anymore and that was it. I expected customer service a little bit above and beyond because that's what I usually get from them. So long story short I think is their store has grown bigger. Their customer service hasn't grown bigger. I...

Highly recommend stopping in here. I've frequented this place for a few months now. Whether you're a local or just visiting from another area or out of town - definitely drop in and check them out!

Not only do they have a wide variety selection of whatever it is you need, you're bound to find another couple items you want to get now or later as well. They have a very unique selection of various items, a large selection of super cool, good quality stickers that have turned me into a collector lol! & The store is always so clean.

More importantly though, MOST importantly actually... I love the employees and always enjoy seeing and talking with them. They're good people, kind people, very helpful, and the whole store environment has a great vibe/atmosphere because of them. They make you feel welcome, not to mention the super sweet pup that is usually there, too!!

I have literally been coming to this store since before they even opened their doors. I used to get excited about when they would be open. The people running this store did not disappoint at all. I have been to just about every head shop in the 417 and the staff here are hands down the most humble and non judgemental out of them all. They truelly are about the customer and will definately make you feel good about your purchase. Stay away from the snotty folks who think that just because they been here 25+ years they can act like they are doing something special. The heck with the 50% markup! 2 Chicks will do you right.
