Just had food here. Our waitress was very sweet but clearly very new. I asked her if a drink was included in the kids meal, she said she thought so but would make sure. I told her I was going to order water for my kiddo if it was not included. Drinks come out and she brings lemonade for him so I assume she has checked and its included. We tell her which meals on which tab and she asks me what drink my kiddo had, and I say, "lemonade, but that was included in his meal right? She says again, she will make sure. I say ty and ask for a togo box for the food and a togo diet coke. She brings the bill and there is a charge for 3.60 for a kids lemonade. I show it to her and she says, "I'm sorry about that, yea there's a charge." I ask her to pls take it off, bc she had told me it was included. She says she'll get it taken care of. She then comes back and tells me her manager said she can't take it off, and how sorry she is that she is new, and it was her mistake. I told her its ok, I understand, but I def shouldn't have to pay for that mistake, and please ask the manager to come over. She comes back (no manager came) and tells me its taken off. I ask again for the togo box, (at this point I gave up on the togo drink) and then she proceeds to go talk to other employees (looking upset) and actually sits down at a back table with other employees for 5-7 minutes. We are waiting this entire time for the togo box and her to take our payment so that we can leave. I finally stand up and start gathering our things, hoping she will finally notice us and come to get payment. She FINALLY came over and says, "is there a problem?" I told her we are just waiting to pay, and could I have the togo box. She comes back with our receipts and STILLL no togo box. I asked her again (this being the 4th time) for the box, and she then brought it. The food was just ok, the service was just awful. The manager not coming over after us asking for him let me know that customer experience is not of value for this restaurant. The fact that this simple of a mistake could have been so easily taken care of, and that they chose to give us a bad experience over a lemonade, is mind boggling. Please, save your money and frustration and go...

I work there and everybody treats each other like family, it was really fun, best job. If you do not believe me that we do our best to do everything we're going to make people happy, then I'm sorry that you don't bloop, I see the cooks in the back, working their butts off, putting their heart and soul. To make your food as perfect as they can. The people here are always friendly. They treat workers like family and they treat customers like brothers and sisters. they always keep me entertained i am a dishwasher anytime there is a mistake. I did not clean it hard. Enough, I have to do a double wash they are very strict about how everything is It's clean last time we had our health inspector we got a 99. They do not like they wanted a 100 We are improving everything to get our goals. And I love that we are improving every day, every day. Everybody works hard. meet our goal my goal is to work in the kitchen, but we all gotta work out small, thin, go big. All the chefs have, it's got there. We’ve been a couple times and had takeout a couple times on taco Tuesday and it’s good! I especially like the salsa (which is a big deal because I’m a bit of a salsa snob being from NM) but for some reason when I get takeout the salsa is watered down to zero heat, like just tomato. Not worth eating if there’s no heat and flavor! But when we dine in the salsa is perfect! That’s the only reason I took a star off, that and today when we dined in the water was AWEFUL! (Please fix it!) Our waitress said I was like the fourth person to mention this today but she didn’t seem too concerned. I couldn’t drink it at all even with two lemons in it!
