We received only "First Class" service from Surf Lake Powell starting with the initial telephone call made to rent a high power boat to the moment we drove off home at the end of our trip totally satisfied and happy with the terrific experience we enjoyed with everyone representing Surf Lake Powell!

What turned out to be so amazing to me was the tremendous personal service received from Amy when loading up our Malibu boat with our gear and bodies and finding ourselves on the Lake within minutes. I was shocked and thrilled with that type of genuine service given fully with a handshake and a smile. We felt like members of the their family.

The boat my son rented was simply fantastic in every respect for our trip. The gigantic wake it put up behind the boat was totally awesome and just what we desired as my sons surfed like pros for hours.

Then when our Lake Powell trip was sadly over, as promised, we were met at the launch pad perfectly on time by a terrific young man that pulled our boat out of the lake and dropped us all off right in front of our vehicle. Shockingly wonderful to say the least.

Truth be told, we all felt like we were being treated like Royalty and can't wait to have an opportunity to utilize "Surf Lake Powell" again in the near future. Would highly recommend this company to anyone wanting the greatest Lake Powell...

Surf Lake Powell I am usually not one to write a review, but I felt impressed to do so, after the experience we had after renting with Surf Lake Powell. We have rented other places in the past, but I never will again. I have finally found a rental company that looks out for their client. The service was second to none. We had some issues with one of the SeaDoos we rented. After a quick text, a properly working machine was swapped out and we were back having fun. The circumstances at the ramps, due to launch restrictions and water levels were not ideal, yet they jumped through some significant hoops to ensure that my family’s vacation wasn’t interrupted. They even made an adjustment on our invoice to make sure we felt that we were being treated fairly. At other rental companies, you will understand my next statement. I have always been made to feel “guilty until proven innocent,” not here. This is a company that understands customer service and takes pride in providing it at a high level. I highly recommend Surf Lake Powell and will definitely use them again and again...
