But, lack of trucks provided by U-Haul to this buisness. What I mean is this place is gambling on people dropping off a 20 Foot or bigger U-Haul truck for them to provide to other customers. This personally affected my visit and experience. For a in-town request, I was informed by U-Haul customer service that the only available truck would be in Kanab, UT which is 70 miles away. Therefore for a basic “in town” rental my wife and I had to drive my personal car to Kanab for me to pick up the truck I needed and then proceed to drive back to Page, AZ with the 20 foot truck and my personal vehicle following me back. Waste of gas and a waste of my time. The customer service provided me an additional day free of charge but that didn’t include additional mileage charges. U-Haul managers and higher ups please understand that this is a flaw in your truck share program and also a huge inconvenience to your buisness partners providing you business. Send them trucks and equipment they need so, the CUSTOMER DOESN'T TAKE THE BURDEN. Of course we could have went elsewhere, anywhere else to rent a truck but, in a small town not possible. Bert of "Lake Powell Boat & RV Storage/Uhaul/UPS" makes all of these operations under one roof shine. I'm leaving this review under the storage operation on Google but I'll likely add it for the Uhaul and UPS operations as well.

I've used this location for both UPS and Uhaul services and every single time Bert has been helpful and courteous. Example, Long story short(ish)... Bert quite literally saved my butt by recognizing something had gone wrong with my Uhaul reservation. Uhaul from another out of state location was trying to reallocate my truck and he stepped in and saved it for me all without me knowing or asking! The whole story is of course more dramatic but too long. Just one example of his genuine goodness and customer service abilities.

It's been my experience of late that customer service is a lost art. Therefore when someone excels in this lost art I want to find a way to recognize it, Google reviews is one small way to say thank you....
