The team working at the Painesville location was awesome to work with. I was unloading a lot of old game consoles and games that GameStop and eXchange would not even consider taking and this business accepted all of the stuff I had to trade. The best part is I thought I there was no value in any of the content I had and I walked away very happy with the trade amounts they offered. Cool part is you can take cash or go with the in store credit which is 30% more than the cash offer. Going back to the team that works there in Painesville, super friendly! Other places I went to previously saw the amount of things I was trading in and seemed like they did not want to deal with me. If I could give them less than one star I would. They have almost nothing there for video games most of their selection are TV and DVD players or posters. I bought GTA III for the PS2 from there and the game didn't work. I brought it back they told me they would fix it for free and then about 2 weeks later they finally called me to let me know my disc was in and then told me I couldn't pick it up until the next day even though they weren't closed for quite a few more hours. When I did go and pick up my disc that they said they would fix for free they then charged me for the repair. I looked at my desk myself to try to see if anything was changed or see what they did to fix it because I'm pretty tech savvy and just don't have the tools to fix it myself. I called because I was having an issue with a system I bought on eBay. I brought my new (to me) Nintendo 64 in; I was getting no video or audio after plugging it in, they said I could bring it all in to test the cables to see what the issue was at no charge. When I brought it in I was greeted by a friendly staff and was helped by a man named Lee. He took a few minutes to check the system while I looked around and I noticed that everything was clean and organized. They had a pretty big selection! He found what was wrong with my system and said he could fix it, and that’s just what he did. I had good conversation with the staff while he worked on it, and it took him under 10 minutes.
