I went to Terkk's to get a 10 year old (dinosaur old in computer years ) Toshiba laptop repaired after it stopped working due to Microsoft updates. They were great, they took the time to explain about Microsoft's updates and how they will no longer support older computers. They were very honest and told me they could get it running again but with future updates it will just mess up again, therefore not worth the money. I appreciate the honesty as they very easily could have fixed it and let me go on my way till Microsoft strikes again with the next updates. I wish that I had found Dave at Terkk's years ago! He can fix dinosaur-old computers and setup new technology. Dave does not quit until he figures out and tests everything, like with my new printer that was known to have a difficult setup process per the reviews. Dave also gave me desktop shortcuts for everything that he thought I would need. The 2nd visit was remote when Dave logged into my new laptop from his office, and he started my request the minute that I called him! The cost was fair for the time that was needed. I couldn't have done the setup without him....
