Picked up ring today after waiting almost 2 months for it to be resized. I kept getting excuses as to why it was taking so long. The price went from $20. to $50. after the man broke the ring and said he had to order more gold to put back in it. The ring size should have been a 7 it's not it's a 7.5 and I had to have a ring guard attached so I wouldn't lose it. I went in to get it and was told immediately by the man himself to give him 45 minutes and come back and it'll be ready. Yeah well 45 minutes later one of the ladies said he left after I did and she didn't know how long he'd be gone she took my phone number again but kept writing my first name wrong I had to correct her 3 times. I was hot under the collar but kept my cool. I hate being lied to. I left and got to the funeral home and decided I wanted to go back and see it and make sure it was still there so I turned went in and spoke to Joyce told her all I'd been told she said he was in the parking lot and would be in .
