She is fantastic and so helpful! It was a great experience and I will definatley be back to get that 3rd pair of boots! Had a wonderful time shopping at the Palestine, Tx store.

I had some bad luck with a pair of boots from here. They were less than 90 days old, but certainly no longer returnable. However, after showing my boots to one of the employees and explaining the situation, she volunteered to get her manager for me who was very nice to take the boots back and give me credit toward a new pair of Ariats. I’m pretty disappointed I bought a pair of boots from them I’ve had them 4 months and they completely deteriorated and are tearing up my feet. The cashier agreed. She talked to the manger and all they “can” do is give me a new pair of the same boots. Which would make no sense for me they are tearing up me feet and only have lasted 4 months. I won’t shop at...
