Had to have service come out for alarm going off due to power issues. Was charged for service call and not made aware of additional charges for service. We received an email billing for $93. That is in addition to the $40 per month they auto debit from our account. Also, we were led to believe that we were taking over the account for the people we purchased our home from to prevent them from having to pay a penalty for early termination. J & B started a brand new 2 year contract instead. We're stuck either paying out a 2 year contract when we would rather not have it because of the expensive service calls. I would give it zero stars if I could! BEWARE & be sure to read the fine print if you sign a contract with J & B security. Apparently, taking their word as their bond is not a good...
