Terrible customer service, terrible attitude, and terrible staff besides the only gentleman that works at cricket WIRELESS in the Palestine location! My husband and I was purchasing a phone and the women that was helping us gave us the bare minimum information and barely spoke to us especially when I was asking her questions about the products they sell. As she proceed to check us out she barely said anything to us and was more into her phone texting her boyfriend!!! Because she had her phone straight open in front of us. When I proceeded to ask the other women who was a employee she didnt say anything to me!! She rolled her eyes as I was trying to ask her questions again on products THEY sell, she hands me a paper with the choices of lines and that was it!!! But had a full conversation with the other women who was checking us out!!! Terrible staff I would start from scratch with new employees!!! Or we would take our services else where if there were more options of phone services...

My husband went in to discuss new phone options for our family and a lady by the name of "Odallis"..I believe, was completely unprofessional and literally tried to upsale us for no appetant reason.. a total of 869$ was given to my husband... Rediculious, especially when I went back in and was helped by Jasmine and another young lady by the name of Jaylah.. my total was 516$... Much more like it!! Thank you to the 2 ladies that cared about the customer and our pockets more than your own... I highly recommend paying attention to who the sales person is ... Make sure they don't wanna argue with what they already told you and be sure not to let someone upsale you .. the phones do come with chargers .. just not the cube ( big whoop, we can order those off Amazon, cases and screen protectors too)

I brought my Galaxy Note 5 and paid $97 to get started with them (even thought I brought my own phone). Every since I switched to them, I have not gotten service even when I'm 3.3 miles away from the store. The only time I've gotten any reception was when I was a few years from them. I went in hopes that they can get it to work and the manager told my sister and I that I wasted $97 switching to them. My mom came in there with me next and she lied right to my moms face about what was said. The manager blamed everything except their service. I tried to get this resolved withcricket on Facebook and they deleted my comment and blocked me. This is how they treat their costumers. Please do...
