Went in tonight and I think it's the last time I give them a chance. I have witnessed employees too busy talking to help customers and tonight we were overcharged for food we didn't order. My spouse called and spoke with someone over the phone who kept talking in Spanish with coworkers in the background. I was handed the phone and spoke with them in Spanish and they immediately put someone else on (what that was about IDK...strange). I guess they weren't expecting that the customer would understand what they were saying. After that... the guy I spoke with wanted us to go back even after they found out it was a drive to get there. We were never given a receipt and he said we were probably charged for someone else's order too on top of ours because he said it was busy (there was only one other person in there when we were there). He then said where is our receipt...but we were never given one. He then said we should always ask for a receipt when we go places. Like he's telling me where I - the customer- went wrong...not them who charged us $20 extra and failed to give us a receipt. True...if I had gone in I would have gotten a receipt and double checked everything but my spouse had been working since 4 am and I'm sure was dead tired. I had to explain that I was the customer and I am very busy and I am calling as a courtesy to let them know where they are going wrong because they are a business and they should want to give good customer service and quality food for the community they are serving. Like this conversation was for me to give them tips on how to be a better business and not the other way around.
I just called them after my spouse went in there per their request and they were argumentative. I just got off the phone with the guy there Fransisco and he would not even give me his name or his other co worker's name at first. I had to explain I needed it in order to give it to corporate because it's important that they know what is going on there. He sent my spouse away and said that they will have to review the cameras tomorrow and see what they are going to do about it. The receipt that they insisted we should have was found on the floor of their store and they took it. The girl's name is Gabriella according to Fransisco. Update: they have never contacted us and its been over a...
Read moreI recently got a pizza. Hot and ready pep. They used to show you the pizza before you get it now I guess because of covid they don't. I understand that, but what a surprise when you get home to a cold, burnt to a crisp pizza. I took it back only to be given another one. The next pizza was cold and medium burnt. Yes I settled. I'm thinking it was not gonna get any better than this. The leftovers already look like petrified wood after about 2 hours... now it looks fossilized. I might better start having them make it fresh.
Update. Purchased pizza a few days ago. It was cooked well and they did show it to me when asked to do so. Cashier was nice and talkative.
This last visit, I ordered pizza and had to wait a long time. I went to my car and after a while I realized people were walking in and getting pizza, so I asked the manager if my pizza was ready and he didn't say anything. He was dismissive. He went back, finished a pizza and brought it out and didn't say...
Read moreI am absolutely disgusted with little Ceasars in Palestine Texas. I waited over 35 mins for a classic pepperoni pizza. While approximately 10 people came in and got several specialty pizzas made after I did. Come to find out when they finally said my pizza was ready they gave my order to someone else. Then literally laughed in my face when they opened the box to show it to me and it wasn't even a pepperoni pizza. And said they would have to make it over again. They refused to do a refund on my food. And ended up giving me a pepperoni extra most that was already made. I work hard for my money and don't expect to be literally laughed at by someone working for their wage too. Then she ripped my receipt out of my hand and refused to give it back when I said I was calling...
