They're nice people. But the business LOVES their money. They aren't willing to do anything if a product you buy goes out then you go and get the warranty product and that one goes out as well. I've bought speakers and a nano there and both have gone through the warranty. Yes I got my warranty products but if those go out then they don't care to help in anyway. I had to go to the manufacturer and explain to them what happened and what I was told by the company. The manufacturer cares more! I'm getting a new product through them and not who sold it to me. No it was NOT customer fault that the products went out. They just went out randomly. No high settings, levels, or volume. The manufacturer requested the receipt, luckily I have a faded receipt and they took it. Rams switched systems so they don't have everyones transactions anymore. It took awhile for them to look to see as well. I had to contact them numerous of times. I wont be buying...

I had him wrap my truck which was a big mistake, his printer was not printing properly and he chose to print the wrap and install it anyway. I expressed my concerns and was told “it’s a hunting truck” And he refused to stand behind his work. I was giving a bid and once the job was complete the total bid was $800 more than the Initial job bid. Normally you get what you pay for but this is not the case with Robert Moser at Ram Auto Sound in Palestine. Read moreGot a Sub/Multichannel Amp system installed, and everything seemed okay at first... However I had interior LEDs inside my car that they told me they could replace.. but they ended up just ripping them all out and never reinstalling new ones. Also had to get my dash replaced ($200) after they cracked my OEM dash trying to get behind the Stereo. Paid like $1800+ for the sound system, and ended up having a bad amp, so had to get that replaced as well.. Thankfully that was under warranty, but now I have a bass knob that's not hooked up to the new amp. However the sound system sounds super great months later and I still appreciated their business....
