I ordered a bedroom set from Heather, Unfortunately when the delivery guys came to deliver the bedroom I noticed they were setting up a different bedroom set that I did not order. Of course the whole mood changed after that and it was an awkward tension in the room. While disassembling the bedroom set the head board of the bed fell on top of one of the delivery guys which created a scratch on the wall, & I went to lift the headboard off of him & mentioned the scratch. As they are taking stuff down to the truck and getting the last pieces out of the room (me sitting in the dining room & then going to check to see what’s left in the room for them to do) I then notice this huge smudge looking mark going across my wall. That was not previously there either. When I mentioned it to them they were looking at me as if I just made that up and gave me a “well we don’t know about that one but we will take a picture of it”. Well I certainly didn’t do it myself and it wasn’t there when you first came in the house. Not to mention that if there was a mark on the wall when you first came in I’m sure before setting up the furniture you would have said “hey we noticed there’s a mark on your wall before setting this up” to make sure they weren’t the ones who did it. I also want to add that there was never furniture in this apartment since I moved in. When they came in they seen all I had was an air mattress in the room that doesn’t even reach to the height of this mark in the wall. I’m highly disappointed at not getting the set I ordered but even more so at the reaction when mentioning the damage on the wall as if I had just made that up out of no where. Update: after speaking with several different people about my wall who all seem to have this attitude as if I did the damage myself to include the manager Cynthia who was cutting me off while talking and acting annoyed I made a complaint. Cynthia also made the comment “I know my guys didn’t make that scuff mark” as if she was in my house or had ever been to my house. Aaron’s solution for this matter was to go to my leasing office at my apartments and request paint be given to me for me to fix the wall myself, & I also have to go out and buy the paint bucket and paint brush (money out of my pocket). I also did not get a refund of the 10 dollars I paid to start the lease for the wrong furniture set they took back the same day. Suggestion: Make sure that you write down everyone’s name that you come in contact with. Take photos and even videos of your place before, during, & after. Lastly watch them from your door to the place they set up your furniture and during the set up, & call out anything you see wrong. Next be prepared for the headache that comes after any damage. All in all I was treated as if I was a liar by way too many people from this company, they are rude, and unprofessional. The delivery guys were even pissed off at Heather for sending them to me with the wrong set as well. Good luck if you decide to rent from here. Update: Aaron’s had agreed to come to my home a few weeks ago now to paint the damage they had done under the condition that I got the paint. As soon as leasing office gave me the paint I gave the regional manager a call which was 6/17/24 & was told the store would be reaching out to me. It is now 7/11/24 & still no call, or show up to fix the wall.

I am HIGHLY upset with Aaron's! I was told that this company is much better than Rent a center but I come to find out that is much worse. I was able to get items cheaper however the customer experience is so low. When I couldn't make a payment I was told I can extend it. Great. I do this and plan to pay when the date comes. 2 days before the payment comes out I have to pay my rent with a 3 day notice. I am going after my apartment complex for that on its own because of the covid mandate however my family comes first. I admit I didn't call knowing that they will call me and I can tell them what has happened and they can come pick up the things. This was never a problem I had with Rent a center and Aaron's was supposed to be much better. I get a very nice person come on the line and understand my financial situation tried to help with my extension I told him no I just want to give back the things. The manager tells the employees to put me on hold but they never do and I hear the manager saying "well if she knew she had to pay rent why did she say she was going to pay on this date. Did she just want to get us on the phone." I can hear this and when he gets one the phone call him out on this. Telling him about my 3 day notice! He said, "well you still should have called and you have to pay half or we aren't picking up your stuff and you will continue to rack up money the longer its out." ARE YOU SERIOUS! I DONT HAVE THE MONEY TO BEGIN WITH! I am behind on everything and the one thing that says "return at anytime" Is holding me in a highway robbery! At that point I didn't want to pay. If they aren't going to come and get it unless I pay ill just keep it! Welp I'm not a horrible person so 2 weeks later I paid. I call to have them pick it up and ask for them to call me before they came. They didn't even tell there driver this. There drivers are very nice this is not fault of theirs. And when i try to call corporate because apparently the manager doesn't know his bosses phone number (working as managerment in retail i know thats a lie!) I get placed on hold and hung up on multiple times! Worse experience ever! I'm so upset and will NEVER use Aaron's again. Go to rent a center, they have higher prices but better...

The Palm Bay Aarons, a location I have never been in until yesterday, has opened up two contracts in my name without my authorization. I was put as the primary (liable) account holder on TWO separate accounts on TWO separate occasions with my ex as the secondary account holder and person who walked out the store with the merchandise. My ID number is not on the account, meaning no manager ever asked for the primary account holders documentation, but my exes is, proving they allowed someone with one ID sign for another person's name. There are 2 signatures on the top page of the contract, one of my name and one with my exes both look EXACTLY the same, meaning a store manager allowed the accused to sign TWO DIFFERENT NAMES in his presence. Then my forged signature throughout the rest 10 or 15 pages of the contract. The place of work is not mine, it's my exes. The references are my exes girl friend and 2 of his friends. The email address is my exes. I have been trying to escape this person so there is legal documentation that I would NEVER enter into a contract with this man, as well as there is an open case where this same person has signed my name on a fake check and stole $3500 from my bank account. The store REFUSES to take me off the contract claiming they cannot be sure I did not sign it even after all the evidence I have presented. Chad (the store manager) and Jessica (a store employee) are the rudest most unhelpful people I have ever had the unfortunate luck to have to deal with in my life. This is more than Fraud, this is complete negligence on part of the store for not doing their jobs. PLEASE HELP. I need to figure out how to fix this IMMEDIATELY!!!! I have tried to post on FB, it keeps getting deleted. I have called cooperate and will not quit until they take responsibility for letting this happen and FIX IT!!!!!

When trying to give my case number for the police report I just filed and asked what can I do to get my name off this account I was just informed by the store manager, Chad, that there is nothing I can do he will NOT take me off the account and if Chris Byrd wants to come in today to put another contract in my name he will personally...
