Wish there was zero stars. This place is just horrible all around. Including the manager who smells like smoke all the time. I’ll cut them a little slack with being out of stock in items all the time especially sale items. But the deli is the absolute worst experience a customer can have. It’s always been bad but the current girl that works there has got to go. Shutting the deli down is better then her presence. She makes you wait 10-15 minutes so she can break down the slicers (all at once apparently), I’ve waited 10 minutes because she said her boss is making her slice the pre sliced meats when that should absolutely be out in time out until her one customer is served. Watched her turn away multiple customers with the same 10-15 minute wait. She doesn’t cut the amount you ask for. Tries to talk you into what’s opened vs what you ask for. I can go on but I just spent a half hour in this dump for deli meat with nobody ahead of me. Asked for a manager to explain what was going on and they told customer service to tel me I’d have to wait 10 minutes. No thanks and no more. I’ll drive to Sebastian to a...

I’ve only ever shopped at Winn-Dixie a handful of times. We decided to go yesterday because I was told they had better prices than some of the other stores around. I really wouldn’t say the prices are that much better but they’re okay. After spending quite awhile in here I have determined that their staff is very rude. We had a question for the employees in the meat section, after standing for 5 minutes and waiting for them to acknowledge us they were very helpful, but it shouldn’t take that long for customer service. When we went to check out the cashier was the rudest cashier I have ever been, I don’t have a rewards card which I said multiple times and asked multiple times how to sign up for one. After about 8 times she finally told me how to sign up and used the curtesy card. She was very impatient and I felt very rushed trying to load the groceries into my bart while trying to handle my two small children. The store looks very run down. I didn’t not apply for a rewards card because I do not plan on taking my service...

This store has gone down hill. Significantly. Today, while waiting to be helped at the deli counter, 4 employees insight, 2 appeared to be busy with tasks, 1 was speaking to what appeared to be a friend and the fourth, who I believe was the manager approached the chatting employee and showed her how items had been mispriced, NONE of them acknowledged me or the other customer as we stood waiting. When the manager was done speaking with the employee, she left the deli area and the employee proceeded to reprice the items that the manager had brought her. NEVER did ANYONE acknowledge the customer. I left the deli and continued to shop in the store. The seafood department is practically nonexistent, zero fresh product in the display case, only prepackaged product available with extremely limited selection. I will not be returning to Winn Dixie, since Southern Grocers has taken over, the store has gone to seed. I will shop at Publix exclusively...

You need to pay attention to expiration dates. I have seen products lately that are weeks and months past their expiration date being sold. Cracker barrel truffle cheese I had bought was 3 weeks past its DoE. I just recently bought the SE brand pack of 3 mini pizza crusts and noticed the expiration date was 4/11/2024 and I bought them on 9/18/2024. Thank God I haven't got sick being I ate one. The rewards points are only worth collecting if you have a multiplier active on your rewards account.

Always friendly and courteous customer service. It's unfortunate that this store, along with many other's country wide are experiencing food shortages.....LGB. I still like the size of this store, and that I don't have to fight a crowd here. So as long as I only need a few thing's or minimal item's I will continue to shop here. Their weekly bogo's are usually good deals also.

Always poor existence at this location no meat most the time. Then the store manager with no mask comes out with one thing in a cart to his double parked truck taking up 2 places then leaves the cart for his Winn Dixie minion workers to get. So sad especially during these times everyone be curious and wear masks stop the spread.
