Reading the other reviews I'm disappointed in how poor my experience was. This was the first time I had gone to this store and called to inquire about my online order. I told the lady I knew it was probably a stretch that it was done already but wanted to ask since I was in the area otherwise I would head home. I was promptly told that "no it's not done we're working on our personal customers' orders first". I was taken aback given all that needed to be said was "no, not just yet sorry" but instead was told that which made me feel like I wasn't worth the lady's time. The second part of my experience that was merely an inconvenience, but paired with the lack of feeling like a valued customer annoyed me, was instead of telling me my order would be ready in 10-15 minutes and I could wait if I wanted I had made it halfway across town when I get the notification. Unfortunately I did not have time to double back then make my other appointments, but would have been fine if I had know to wait. So I asked my friend to pick up the fabric.
I've also been told this isn't the first time there was a lack of customer service to someone who is not a "regular" which baffles me because then how do you get more business and new customers? Obviously some way some how as it seems the shop is doing well.
In regards to the quality of the product I would say it is great, but the total lack of quality customer service makes me say I will not go back (which I have no doubt they're fine with as I'm not a personal customer). The prices were alright as well, definitely would suggest only buying during sales though. Online check out was easy although the website is not the most user nor...
Read moreI purchased an Epic 2 Viking almost 2 years ago. I have owned Vikings, my whole adult life, and many years ago was very happy with the quality of their machines however, after having multiple problems with the Epic 2, it had to be sent to Tennessee to headquarters to be repaired. That took nearly 2 months. After receiving my machine, the Epic 2 that is, I went to Cut Up And Sew to try the Baby lock Solaris and it was awesome. The quality, the quietness, user friendliness, and more importantly, a whole staff that truly cares when you have issues with your machine and our addressed immediately. A few weeks ago, I decided to buy the Baby lock triumph serger. The quality is the same as the Solaris. And I love it!!! I want to thank Josh, Maria, Toni Tamara, Christy and the very skilled teachers that teach their classes. Josh’s staff truly cares about their customers. Going forward I will be buying the Baby lock brands. Cut Up And Sew is one of the best quilt shops I’ve been in in many years. Job...
Read moreI wanted to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service I received at your shop. As an out-of-town visitor, I was warmly welcomed and promptly assisted by Joshua and his team. I had recently received an embroidery/sewing machine as a gift and felt completely lost, but Josh went above and beyond to guide me through its usage.
On the first day, we thoroughly went over the machine, and to my surprise, Joshua generously offered me an additional two-hour session the following day for further assistance. The level of customer service exceeded my expectations, and I was truly impressed by the dedication and expertise of your team.
While I may not reside in the area, I noticed the fantastic classes advertised on your website and, given the opportunity, would certainly take advantage of them. I look forward to returning when I am back in town.
Thank you once again for the...
