Kate is AMAZING!! I had a bridesmaid's dress that had a huge bump on the zipper that I hadn't noticed when I first received it. I had taken it to another place to hem and alter the top of it with the hopes that the bump on the zipper could also be fixed. After being told nothing could be done about the zipper, I attempted to find the problem myself (with zero experience). I ended up finding the issue but with no way to actually fixed it, I called Kate and hoped that she could help me either fix the issue, or fix the dress lining that I now seam ripped.

When I first came in for my appointment, she was kind, understanding, and completely honest. She gave me two options to choose from as solutions and reassured me that there is fix, it just depends which one will work best.

In the end, not only did she fix the problem, but she made sure that it still fit correctly, that I was comfortable with the fix and that the integrity of the dress remained with room to alter in the future if need be.

I am so thankful for her services and willingness to help! She truly was my saving grace for this wedding and would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for...

This was the best experience I ever had with an alteration with a pair of pants with some funky zippers on each side of the legs. The pants needed to be adjusted to my height I was greeted by Katie and she was professional and friendly. Right away, she had me trying the pants on and taking measurements. I have to say from the start to the end I was extremely satisfied with the service and end result of alterations. The pants fits me right, and you can never tell they were altered.
