Brought in two casual shirts to be laundered. They told me $4.50 each! Thought that was very high but I said ok. When I picked them up they told me it was now $17.14 ! I said what’s with the crazy price change. I was told my shirts were not cotton, so they needed to be “hand finished“?! Gave me some story about the press not being able to be used on polyester or nylon shirts because it would melt them. Fine, tell me that before I drop off my shirts. There is no way on God‘s green earth I would pay $17.14 to get two shirts laundered. It cost almost $18. This place is a complete rip off. And when I mentioned that I wasn’t told this, they said oh well that’s just the way it is. Rather than say we’re sorry we’re only gonna charge you the $9.00 as originally quoted. I felt like I was sold rustproofing at a car dealership. Never again would I step foot in that store? People at the counter were nice, but didn’t attempt to make any customer service adjustments. Yes, the shirts were laundered very nicely, but that’s beside the point. I actually think they’re laundering money there instead of clothes. I’ll find...

I have been using TCC for my dry cleaning needs since I've been in the area. I have been pleased with the result so far. I recently; however encountered an issue that could have gone badly. I put a suit in for cleaning early in the week and was told it would be ready on Friday. I needed the suit for Sunday, so when I arrived at TCC to pick it up on Saturday, much to my horror it wasn't there. When I explained that I needed it for Sunday, the staff sprung into action. They actually sent a driver from Palm Coast to Jacksonville to pick it up. Very impressive. Needless to say I was very pleased with the extra mile they went for me. Kudos to the staff. If there was anything I would change, it would be some form of a price break. The charge for cleaning my two piece lady's suit was $19. A few more cleanings and I would have paided for the suit again. Just a thought guys. An occasional price break...

DONT BRING YOUR LUXURY ITEMS HERE!!!! OWNER IS UNPROFESSIONAL AND VERY RUDE. I brought a nylon Chanel here for the fabric to be cleaned. (Had stains on fabric) They completely degraded the leather handles of this bag. The handles were almost perfect when i brought it in. It looks like someone sprayed bleach on it then sat it in the sun for hours. (dried out, and cracking) I may as well thrown it in the washer, it’d probably look better than this LOL. I paid $70, the owner argued with me for about 15 minutes before giving me a full refund. He only wanted to refund me half of what i paid. He was very rude, told me not to come back and made it out to be my fault the bag looked the way...
