I hate to write bad reviews but I am honest with my reviews. First off the design was not even on my middle fingers and the lines werent very good. (I have ocd with nails especially when I'm the one looking at them closely) she made them too long when I had to keep telling her to cut I gave up, I could deal. I also made her fix a crooked nail, then when it came to Filing nails she was way too rough, honestly surprised I didn't bleed. My thumb nails started to bend in weirdly and she kept going said they looked fine when I mentioned it apparently the acrylic would make it go away... it didn't. (Note: I got coffin style.) When it was completed my thumbs were weird not just the wonky level but one was more coffin the other had one sharp end the other half rounded cause she filed too much on one side, and from side view they way more curved than my other nails. Not to forget how rough she was pulling arms when rubbing lotion on. It's been 5 days since I got these nails and I already lost 2 nails. I'm not even rough with them! One fell off when I wiggled it cause I do that when bored (never had them fall off before) then again when washing hands!! She definitely was in a rush and it was not busy. I can’t believe I’m actually disappointed. I came here years ago and it was phenomenal so this time I brought my whole family “party of 4”. I live in Texas and never have been told that there is a one hour max for pedicures and had was asked to scrub my own feet for a bit, in which I did so it wouldn’t be half done. Like really at Frisco Nail Salon in Frisco Tx they ensure things are done right and to your satisfaction, so to sum it up I will not be returning and before I come to Florida I will get it done at the right place. No excuses just results. Then I scheduled the appointment almost a week out for noon and wasn’t seen until 1 and my other family after 1. Teach quality and guest satisfaction, although I’m sitting in the chair I’m not enjoying the experience. My whole mood has changed. I have tried other salons in the area before trying Nail Spa. I have not been happy with the results anywhere else but I have to say that I was absolutely delighted with the work they did here. First of all, the salon was immaculate. I was greeted upon entering and said I had an appointment for a manicure and pedicure. I was taken immediately. Mike did both services for me and his work was exceptional! I had originally requested a gel manicure, however, he suggested a dip manicure to strengthen my nails since they were fairly long. I was hesitant at first, but agreed and my nails looked gorgeous when I walked out. Mike's personality made my experience very pleasant!
