I do not recommend doing business with this company if your wanting a seamless experience. I have a condo in Flagler beach that was flooded in the 2022 hurricanes. I do not live in the unit full time, but live an hour and a half away. Because of this, the project was very stressful. It was difficult getting quotes for my kitchen and bathroom cabinets since many people were in the same boat. I contacted cabinet factory outlet and dealt with Brandy. She was very responsive in regards to getting a quote as well as the design and ordering process. I did not like the fact that she asked for the total cost of the job upon ordering, but I didn’t question it since I just wanted to get things moving. My bad. The problem came with the installation. They used J&S Builds FL LLC. After the initial installation, doors were crooked, some doors warped, some doors the wrong size, etc. Brandy reordered the problem doors but the quality of the install was sub par. Jef (the installer) did not clean up after himself and my contractor had to pick up after him. Jef had to come back out several times to fix the problems on our punch list that should have been corrected the first time. In the end, I still have one door that is crooked and one door where the soft closure isn’t working. After moving back into the condo, I can see that some of the handles were installed crooked. Brandy has stopped responding to my texts and I left a message for the owner to call me without a response.
