I have used this jeweler over the last five years for purchases, repair, and watch battery changes. I have found them to be a very honest and reputable jewelry dealer.

They deal in modern and estate jewelry. However, I use them primarily for repair and replacement services. I recently called them to inquire if they had the capabilities of changing a battery for waterproof watch.

They were unable to offer this service, but they immediately recommended a watch jeweler in Ormond Beach. I was pleasantly surprised by this gesture because so many businesses would never steer you away from their establishment for any reason. It speaks very highly of the business and the people who work there.

Again, I reiterate, I have found this business over the years to provide quality service and beautiful inventory. I knew customer service was good, as well as personal, but now they have proved it to be exemplary.

They served my needs as a customer even though it meant they did not get the business for that particular service

I want to add this note about watches from Timex.

It’s very difficult to find a jeweler who will replace batteries for waterproof watches because the back needs to be resealed in pressurized. For years I have been sending my battery off to the manufacturer to have the battery replaced. It usually takes about a month.

The last time I sent my watch off for the replacement, it never returned. After many inquiries that led nowhere, I wound up purchasing another watch. About a year later, my watch showed up in the mail with a new battery installed.

I learned that the manufacturer (Timex) has closed their repair facilities in North America and opened up shop in Taiwan. They shipped my watch to Taiwan to have the battery replaced.

When I called, they confirmed this and told me in future it would take 4-6 months for battery changes and repairs because everything is now sent to Taiwan. I guess Timex doesn’t have faith in Americans and Canadians change a watch battery. (mo...

I would never recommend this place. If you go here for any custom jewelry and you bring in your own for redesign or your own precious jewels all I can say is COUNT THEM BEFORE AND AFTER! Take pictures before and after. My grandmother custom redesign was missing three nice sized diamonds that she didn’t notice until way after the fact and I was almost taken for 5 small diamonds that he decided wouldn’t look good in my redesigned engagement ring a year later. I though ok, I’ll get them the benefit of the doubt and they probably made a mistake or maybe even my grandmother did but when they did it to me too, unacceptable. And when I called them out on it they gave me 6 small diamonds and acted it was no big deal at all. I just wonder how many more people they’ve...

They're the BEST! Bought a beautiful 3ct diamond and wanted to build a custom setting for it. The moment I talked w Gabriel on the phone and emailed him over my inspo he was HOOKED! We spent about 3 months putting it together, going back n forth over email, putting together renders, brainstorming solutions to specific details I wanted in the ring, and through the whole process this team didn't sleep until the ring was complete(Literally.
