If you’re in pain, do yourself a favor and stop by and see the folks at Restore Hyper Wellness. I went in with tight hip flexors that would not loosen up with stretching, ibuprofen, rest. I was greeted by Judy who was very friendly and very willing to show me around the facility. They have all the toys that the pro athletes have at their disposal. I was also helped by Benton, he walked me through the cryotherapy unit, compression pants and the infrared room. You could tell they were very interested in getting me well. I left feeling a little better, but by the next day I was back out playing golf again. Restore will be a big part of my physical wellness in the future. So happy to have you in the valley. I have been in the market for a beauty and pamper my self place. I tried out the sauna, cryotherapy, red light therapy and hydrafacial. I loved it. Its private, clean, charming. I eneded up purchasing a membership because although its a little more pricey, there are a lot of mods to add to my routine besides sauna. The red light therapy and cryotherapy are usually found in separate locations. This place has alot of the body treatments im looking for. Its a one-stop shop. And i enjoy taking care of myself.
