I recently had the pleasure working with Les Olson Jewelers—specifically Aleigh and Rob—on a custom three-generational ring, and I couldn't be happier with the entire process and the breathtaking final piece.

From the very first consultation, Aleigh offered thoughtful suggestions and ensured I was involved every step of the way, leading up to the much-anticipated Ring Day! She helped me design a piece that embodies three generations of memories, incorporating my grandmother’s wedding ring, my mother’s gold, and my own. The result is more than jewelry—it’s a deeply personal heirloom, a tangible legacy that holds the love and history of my family.

Meeting with Rob, the jeweler responsible for crafting my 25th wedding anniversary gift, was equally remarkable. He took the time to understand my lifestyle (including how hard I am on my jewelry!) and conducted extensive research to bring my vision to life. His CAD artistry was truly impressive, transforming my idea into a design that exceeded expectations. To ensure the ring felt like a family heirloom rather than a wedding ring, he set my grandmother’s diamond low, adding to its unique symbolism. Inspired by the themes of Independence Day, this ring represents love, perseverance, and the unwavering belief that even in the face of adversity, love prevails.

The craftsmanship is absolutely stunning—flawless in design, beautifully set, and precisely what I had envisioned. The quality is exceptional, and I’ve already received countless compliments. What truly set this experience apart was the level of care and personal attention. Aleigh and Rob made the entire journey feel special and stress-free.

I had such a delightful experience at Les Olson Jewelers! The lobster clasp on my bracelet was so worn, it separated, and fell off. Due to my scheduled travel plans, I needed to have it repaired and returned within a week. I took it to Les Olson Jewelers in Palm Harbor. The minute I walked through the door, I was pleasantly greeted by Aleigh. She pointed me in the direction of Alexis. Alexis was very helpful. I explained what I needed done, she inspected the bracelet and gave me a quote. She was very professional and knowledgeable. I was explaining to her that there was a small tag on my bracelet where I had lost a charm, and how sentimental the bracelet and charm were to me. She immediately offered to look for a replacement and Aleigh also assisted. Both women were so attentive and sweet. I truly enjoyed talking with them. I decided to wait on a new charm, and I left my bracelet with a promise to be returned within four business days. Two days later, I was so surprised to find the missing charm, I had been looking for it four years. Monday morning I returned to Les Olson Jewelers with the charm in hand, and was greeted again by Aleigh, who introduced me to Ashley this time. I told her of the situation, and asked if I could have the charm added back to the bracelet while they had it for repair. Ashley was every bit as kind and professional as the Aleigh and Alexis had been. Such a joy to chat with while assisting me. They were more than happy to add the charm to the work order, with no delay in pick up. When I picked up my bracelet today, I had the pleasure of seeing all three ladies again, my bracelet was beautiful, every detail taken to repair, and it was polished like new. What a wonderful place! I called to see if I could bring my jewelry in for a cleaning and spoke with Ashley. She was so warm, friendly and informative over the phone. She told me when to come in and exactly how long it would take. When I arrived, there was ample parking and someone was working on the mural painting on the side of the building. The mural is beautiful and makes the experience even more special. There is a doorbell to ring outside so that you can be buzzed in. The response time was lightning fast. Inside, the store was very pleasant and Alexis greeted me right away. I told her that I had spoken with Ashley and she was already aware that I was coming in. It felt nice to know that they were expecting me. Alexis checked my jewelry, which I believe is important to be certain it can be cleaned the way they do it. She told me it would only take about 10 minutes and I told her that I would run a quick errand. I knew I could trust my jewelry here as I know people that have shopped here for decades. She took my information down in case they might need to remind me to return. When I arrived back, Alexis polished my jewelry and we talked about some of the history of my special sentimental pieces. She and Ashley were so sweet, listening to my stories and they were interested and compassionate. I have a few pieces that were made at Les Olsen that are just exquisite. The selection they have is gorgeous, but they can also custom make anything you can dream up. They even have a case called "piece by piece" where you can construct a ring by choosing each part.
