There is a man who is always at the front counter who is not at all friendly. Each time I have been there I say hello and he literally does not acknowledge my attempt at being friendly. He won't even look at me or try to smile. I had not said anything to my husband about this so when he went in a couple of days ago to pick up some shirts and told me the man was busy doing something at a machine and completely ignored him we knew it was time to find another cleaner. He left him standing at the counter and did not even acknowledge him. Eventually, he left to get something at the next door grocery store and had to return. My husband said the same thing. "Aww, that's too bad," I think to my self. I hand my ticket. Clothes retrieved. "$32.50." GULP. Sure I did not check the price list, just assumed reasonable. I handed my card without complaint, in shock. Then I ask, "What, um, how, can . . . $33?" The presumed owner motioned and said he replaced a several missing buttons. "I did not ask you to do that," growing rapidly irritated. He just stood there. Stared at me and all of a sudden acted as if he did not understand nor was able to speak English. Stone...
