Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Palm Springs

On Saturday, April 22, I placed my order online at 12:10 and I arrived at the indicated time(12:30 - 12:35) to pick up the pizza. I asked him about my order, how much longer I had to wait (12:40) and he told me that if I didn't want to wait he would give me my money back (very reluctantly).. he distributed pizzas to other people who had arrived after me and to the In the end, he gave me the pizza that he wanted at 12:50 and at 1 the notice arrived that my pizza was ready (that is, my pizza was given to someone else)…There is a guy in particular who is very rude when they have many orders, it is the second time he has done it. I am A frequent customer... with workers like him, I don’t want to buy anymore...

So I have never been one to complain but the little Caesars on sunrise and vista chino in palm springs is closed already on a Thursday at 8:30pm. Normally people don't want to cook in the middle of the week so that's when they normally get take out and it's like 8:30 and they are closed. I don't know what's going on with this location but I have eaten at this Little Caesars Pizza for years but. Recently it hasn't been that good. I hope this location gets its act together because it's like the only one in Palm springs the biggest location at the biggest corner of town and it's always has something wrong with it or they mess up on my pizza now or they're closed early on a Thursday come on now guys get...

I waited 45 minutes for a burnt pepperoni and Hawaiian pizza .When i got their ,there was no pizzas "ready" and they said i had to wait ... So 20 minutes go by and the place is full of people and people were leaving with full orders and im still waiting finally complain and they say my pizza in the oven the girl goes in the back and i hear them talking and they never threw it in . 15 minutes later they give me my pizzas and i didnt bother to check them but i get home and BOTH my pizzas are burnt 😡😡👎👎 The girl was rude ass hell and acted if i was an inconvenience to her while she worked 😂😂😂 I dont recommended this place the location off of ramon and date palm never messes...
