I am simply appalled by the lack of integrity this establishment has towards its employees. I see a team leader and several workers who are highly disrespectful, unkept, very partial to those they like and outcasts those they dislike. Additionally, some of the workers are down right abusive while the manager in charge does nothing. From my understanding this is a "discrimination lawsuit" waiting to happen.
I tried to reach out to the corporate offices but could not locate any contact information on the website. Intentional??? Does the corporate office really know what is going on at the Palm Springs "Vista Chino" location??? No wonder the service is poor and one team leader in particular "inept".
Just a message to the existing manager "Erik".... this is your fault for letting "rouge" employees run this establishment because you are too lazy to deal with the realities of managing people. From my understanding several seasoned employees have told you about these "bad apples" yet you still keep them on the schedule and still keep them as shift leaders. When will you get it???? I'm not done... I will continue to contact "Corporate office" until someone comes and make some lasting positive changes at this location. Additionally, you should know that when you treat employees well ... they produce a great product. Read moreI Honestly really Hate to leave 1 Star because this has always been a Great Taco Bell. I'm Hoping The District Manager sees this and gets this Location back to what it usually is. Don't Punish Them, Help Them. I'm only 5 minutes away from the Vista Chino Location and they've been declining in the Service Area (especially late night) for over a month now. The Gentlemen Working is a Nice enough Guy it's obviously not in his control because I think He's just understaffed or whomever is Working with Him, is no where in sight. I was really Hungry after a long day, it was almost 11pm and I just was not in the Mood to Cook, like I said I'm only 5 minutes away so it's pointless to use My GrubHub or Door Dash for something so close. I checked the Hours online and it says 12am, so I was thinking No Problem, just wanted My $7 Box & a Root Beer (My Favorite Order, Yummy!). Read moreAll I can say is Wow this a terrible location I went there from breakfast today and the Head manager was totally out of touch with her power. Though it's none of my business it's hard to not hear what happened and this lady should have never been placed in this position. My temper was boiling when I saw the employee leaving and crying. Even the other employees were observed shaking their heads for what they also saw. All I know is that of a manager did this to me I would be contacted the labor board ASAP. I have been here a few times and the woman who was crying has always been friendly and professional to everyone. I can't imagine being spoken to that way from my boss and I wish I could have recorded this. Anyway not sure if this is a cooperate store or Franchise but that woman needs to go. She was without a doubt inappropriate, I heard her using profanity and the employee asking her to please allow her to leave because she was trying to prevent her from this.
