I went into this store on 9/14/25, 30 mins before close and ordered a peanut butter shake, I added Nutella to it and it's supposed to come with butterfinger. I got neither and went in to let the kid know and he poured some Nutella on the top and said they were out of butterfinger and I just left. Then he closed the doors at 8:45, 15 minutes before close. I called in the next day 9/15/25 and I asked to speak with a manager and Jahim took the phone call and told me that the peanut butter shake doesn't come with butterfinger even though their website and menus say it does and he also told me that he "reviewed the footage" and Nutella was put in my shake and that they closed us at 9pm, not 8:45pm. I go into the store to speak with someone directly and funny enough "Jahim the manager" is the same person that made the shake! Wow, what a twist! When I walk in he is in the back getting mop water ready, while two other employees walk up to try and help me. They went to the back to tell him I was there for a manager and he told them "He could come back here if he wants" I could see and hear him clearly so I told him I'll wait, the second employee to come and tell him that I was waiting on him and he responded to her very disrespectfully "I can see that". Once he finally comes to speak with me, I couldn't help but find it funny that he was the same person that made my order but acted like a completely different person on the phone, I showed him on the stores website that butterfinger does come with it and asked why he would lie to me, he said that he had a lot going on that night and was trying to close up, mind you that night I was the only customer in there. Obviously fine if you are out of something but Instead of him apologizing, maybe offering a replacement or refund like any normal company would do, he doubled down on his lies and starts saying that I'm harassing and yelling at him. I had no more to say since I could see that I was obviously not getting anywhere with him and asked if I could speak to somebody above him but he said the only person above him is the owner, "Dajuan" which he could not give out the number or last name. I gave my name, phone number and let him know that his attitude and handling of this whole situation has been awful and he obviously does not like his job- not surprisingly enough he completely agreed with me! I then left and hope nobody else has to deal with this kind of customer service from Jahim...

EXTRA CAREFUL! EDIT: they replied to me in such a way that they should NEVER treat their ROYAL customers, there is NO reason why I would waste my, and everyone elses time writing this. they are using Friday morning as a "STRANGE" excuse (WHO actually comes on morning time for Icecream? It's obvious me and the kids came Thursday night. Reviewed the next day.) And no, I am not the kind of guy to "COMPLAIN" in the middle of Icecream Rush hour and making a scene, especially in front of all the kids. Just by the way they answered my review(calling their royal customers liars...), you should STAY AWAY FROM THESE GREEDY PEOPLE! Even using my review as a way to promote their greedy selves further. Great "family" owned company. Go there if you wanna get ripped off, guys! I warned you.

I Emailed them, Called them, Messaged them for a price estimate, never picked up or replied.(For a reason) My two young kids wanted Icecream for weeks and I finally had the time to take them, nonetheless filled up ONE cup(literally only had 4 flavors???) boring flavors like vegan vanilla and coconut, after the weigh in they charged me $1.75 an ounce and for their TIIIINY cup the TOTAL WAS $28 FOR ONE SMALL CUP THAT MY KIDS FINISHED IN 5 MINUTES. mmm. tasted like walmart. After spotting a promising place on Google maps, claiming to be just a three-minute drive from my location, I decided to give it a try. Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised to find a bustling crowd of people relishing their ice cream, creating an atmosphere of pure enjoyment. The friendly staff promptly greeted me as I entered.

Craving a nutella shake and a bowl of ice cream, I inquired about the prices. To my astonishment, each item came with a hefty price tag of nearly $12. Although I hesitated momentarily, observing the satisfied expressions on the faces of other customers, I convinced myself that it must be worth it. With a slight hesitation, I paid for my order and made my way back to my truck, eager to head home.

As I started the engine and took my first sip of the shake, an overwhelming sense of delight washed over me. The milkshake was beyond compare, boasting an incredible thickness and an explosion of flavors. Suddenly, the price seemed justified, as the quality of the shake surpassed all expectations.
