Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Palm Springs

I haven't ordered from Pizza Hut, for several years now i think I remember why after calling to place a very expensive order for Pizza Hut, i had to continue to repeat the order after finally getting the order correct they asked me to hold while they transfer me to customer service i waited on hold and they hung up on me after i waited for them to take my payment of 81 $ it's certainly not a cheap order for delivery ? it's absolutely absurd beyond words horrible that trying to order take out has become a actual job im certainly not calling back he took my address and not my payment it's certainly very unprofessional and im amazed there still in business with the level of Unprofessionalism i just witnessed 1st hand so much for ever returning back to Pizza Hut i now remember that this is the reason i stopped ordering from Pizza Hut and continue to do great business with 4 Brothers ect, and im a very nice respectful person so they have serious problems with customer service as for their food IDK anymore it was once great and now it's horrible from the beginning 0 customer service members your unable to communicate with. Now thankfully i have a wonderful friend who actually drove to Pizza Hut and ordered the food was hot fresh and delicious 😋 however it wasn't from the Pizza Hut i called he went to one a little further away and the service and food was excellent. I order pizza on May 15 at seven. They're supposed to delivery at 7:36. It was 8 o'clock asking about my delivery why my delivered never came. I called the store and there was a ignorant guy that kept hanging up on me. I went to the store and he refused to give me his name .and I call another coworker and he tell his coworker go in the back. I don't want you to talk to her. Don't give her my name and he turned his back on me and didn't talk to me. Just give me my receipt and I keep asking what's your name you don't need to know my name here you receive your order is being canceled like you wanted , he has a real ugly attitude just because I call asking about my delivery and he start saying oh we only have one driver. I'm sorry your delivery is gonna be at 9 o'clock.. he is a short guy, black guy skinny, and he doesn't even look like the Manager. He look like a ghetto guy from the street. I'm saying he don't have no customer service at all. They need to make some improvement about that. Forgot how good it is after years of going for cheap with Little Cesars. I found myself near a Pizza Hut and wanted pizza, a pizza that wasn't Little Cesars which is one step above CiCi's Pizza. (Pizza? Really? I only go for their salad bar and even that was a pre covid trip.)

Anyway, I wanted a real pizza, so I downloaded the Pizza Hut app, which was comprehensive, easy to navigate and ordered one. I picked it up and was the only person there besides the employees (shame). I got a Sausage pan pizza and tried a Chicken Alfredo pan as well. The Alfredo was dry with little flavor, probably won't get it again. However the pizza was like coming home to an old friend. It was delicious. There is no pizza hut near me as it closed many years ago and has been sitting vacant ever since. Too bad, I'd go there and we need some more places to eat nearby. However, I'm moving to the area I got this pizza from and I will definitely be ordering more. I may give another pasta dish a try, but don't have much hope for it.
