Ordered a part....they took down my wrong number.... I called a week later and giving them the right number this time and said they would call.... never did. I called week 1/2 later. Mind I only have selected days cause of work. He says I can come in tomorrow, I walk in he gets busy. I try to be understanding. Only day I can go I sat, i walk in he try's to fix my iPhone button tells me there's nothing he can do. So I'm stuck with a button that doesn't work, I'm like damn alright I waited for nothing let's see if I can trade in my phone. No luck there either button should work. I went in again, i still came left with a messed up button that pops out but with a iron dot in my white screen I asked him what's this he says oh it's cause of the screws. But wasn't willing to at least fix that. Idk im too nice, but I wasn't happy with the service. I have heard of other places that have fixed their iPhone 7 no problems and the button works. I take pride in my employees and in customer service. Without my customers, I would be in the cold. We do everything we can to help. But we have to be extra careful when phones come in. For service been here for about 30years. So we must be doing something right. I would like to thank all my customers for choosing us as there wireless provider over the years without you we would not be here now. We have third generation's coming in for service.
