Extremely unsatisfied consumer. I just had my home tented because I had bed bugs. I could not understand how I got them until I looked at the tag on my mattress I purchased at this place and the tag stated it was used. When I purchased this mattress they never disclosed it was used and when it was delivered they placed the tag facing the head board to which I could not see.
