I've always gone to Affordable Tire. Why I came here, well bcuz Affordable was busy. That should say enough. 1st, I was qouted $15 to mount each new tire for a total of 5 tires. When it was time to pay, I was asked for $180. I then had to ask what I was paying for. They explained to me the sensors that came with my wheels wouldnt work so they that had to put valve stems only with no sensors. I waant prepared to pay that up front so they gave me a discount, $150. Day 3 rear driver was low and leaking from the stem, took it to them, they replaced. 4 days later, get off work walk to my vehicle with the front driver completely flat. Had to tow to the the nearest tire shop. They replaced the stem. I called EZ, they asked me to bring it in. Why? It was already fixed. I did in fact take it the next day. They looked at all the other stems and reassured me they were good. I asked for me sensors that came with my new wheels, they gave them to me. Today I'm driving home, 3rd stem is leaking. Take it to Affordable in Palmdale since that was the closest and thank god. They explained to me what EZ had done. I showed them the sensors and they confirmed that there was no way those came with my wheels. EZ gave me sensors that weren't even mine! I called them on my way home and they are now avoiding me. Took advantage of a female by being dishonest and thieves. AFFORDABLE TIRE WILL ALWAYS BE THE BEST. TAKE YOUR DISHONEST BUSINESS BACK TO THE VALLEY WITH YOUR OTHER...

I went to Tires By Ez because I needed have the motor mounts to be replaced but when they had supposedly replaced them, my vehicle was shaking and vibrating worse than before. Then I sent a text to the son's owner he said to take back and then his mechanic took it for a test drive and the mechanic took a long time. When the mechanic came back he said that the new parts needed to settle into my car. Then they both said to wait a few days and that the it would go away but my car vehicle got worse. Then I spoke with the father, the owner and then he said that there was a different problem with my vehicle and that he told me. I was like...why are you lying? You never said anything about my vehicle having anything else. I told him that the reason why I took my vehicle there was for the sole purpose to have the motor mounts be replaced and nothing else was wrong with for you to say anything different now. Then I took my vehicle to Pep Boys and their diagnostic demonstrated that 1 of the new motor mounts was defective and this what I told the owner of Tires By Ez and he didn't want to replaced the defective part even though I have 3 a month warranty. I am sending everyone these words....WARNING! WARNING! WARNING! STAY AWAY from TIRES BY EZ located in Palmdale. You will regret taking your vehicle there because the owner is a deceitful and dishonest...

I got tires here last week for my Crv and I was beyond happy with the service. I wanted big all terrain tires on it which you don't typically see on a stock Crv. The guys there seemed just as excited as I was to see how it would look, and it looks badass I love it! While I waited for my car I felt like a kid drooling over their shop cars, I knew I had finally found the right place to bring my old mustang. Tires By EZ really is a one stop shop. They were able to get my little 5.0 right! I am so happy thank you guys for taking care of my baby, she's a little ugly but she means a-lot to me! I have a few other project cars put away that I will be bringing to them in the future! Overall great work, great prices, great service and there is an option to finance!!! what more can you...
