If I could give 0 stars I would. The store failed to deliver an arrangement to my parents for their 50th wedding anniversary. My father has only months to live due to advanced Alzheimers, they couldn't have a party because of COVID and this was the one thing I could do to try to make my mother's day a little brighter and acknowledge the day for her. Even though I received a confirmation, nothing ever came. I was heartbroken. When I went in person to the store the following morning, the employee was extremely rude and dismissive, blaming the store they'd sent the order to out-of-state who had sent a notice they couldn't deliver, but no one ever communicated that to me. No apology, no expression of regret, nothing. On top of that, she said she couldn't even refund me, that only the owner could do that. I asked for the owner to call me. Four days later and after another follow-up call, I got my refund, but still no call from the owner to discuss either their failure to provide service OR the horrible customer service I received when I came in. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI had the most beautiful experience today! My MIL was turning 94 today, she did not want to make the usual birthday trip to GA to celebrate instead choosing to stay in Miami. We called her early this morning and left a mssg and sang āHappy Birthdayā but never heard back from her. Another hour passed so I called my MIL againā¦she answered but was boohooing. She would not talk to me. I knew I had to do something to cheer her up. I called the Bud Stop florist and I reached the Most precious lady by the name of Brenda. I told her my story, And Brenda immediately jumped into high gear. She not only was able to make a beautiful arrangement that by the way my mother-in-law was over the moon about!! Brenda delivered this beautiful arrangement HERSELF along with a balloon and chocolates to my 94 year old mother-in-law that was celebrating her birthday alone! The arrangement was beautiful, but the kindness that this sweet lady showed to my mother-in-law and us was above and beyond anything I can ever express and thank her for!!! Thank you so much Brenda!! First, the driver called my mothers house that he could not find the address, had my brother meet him to pick up the flowers and take them to my mother as well as my other arrangement (going to a different address) for my grandmother. I paid a $8 delivery fee on each arrangement only for them not to get delivered. Then, all three arrangements were the exact same!!!! Same vase, same style, and SLOPPY! I paid extra to order a DELUXE arrangement ($12 more) for my mother and hers came the exact same as the other two, nothing deluxe about it. Matter of fact it was horrible. I proceeded to call Bud Stop and request a refund or asked them to deliver another arrangement. They said they would deliver a replacement arrangement for the deluxe order...It was never delivered. That week I called and requested a refund. They told me they would give me a refund, it is now a month later and I still have not...
