I had an issue with a canceled order with gift card and went into the store to resolve it. First time I went in the employee, I spoke to was incredibly condescending and could not explain anything to me, Saying that I have to speak to his manager. The second time I went in the employee I spoke to was Extremely courteous and understanding of my issue, Explained to me why he could not Do anything, And Even called the store owner to double check if you could do anything for me (an example of good customer service.) However, then, when I speak to the Owner on the phone, she’s very clearly butt hurt that I left a negative review because my order was canceled. She proceeded to tell me that she was not going to argue with me, However then continued to argue with me. Read moreI usually frequent a chain coffee shop down the street, where I often order coffee and a cup of tap water. No issues, always appreciated. But today I stopped by this Subway, and for the first time, I was refused a simple cup of water. Instead, I was told I could only buy bottled water that’s been sitting who knows where. Not exactly ideal if you’re trying to make a healthier choice or avoid unnecessary plastic.
What made it worse was the manager’s explanation that they no longer offer water because “kids kept asking for it.” That felt like a punch in the gut as a paying customer. Since when did offering water become an inconvenience?
I was raised to believe you never refuse someone a glass of water, not even your enemies. It’s basic human decency. This experience reminded me why I don’t usually come to Subway, and now I’ll make it a point to stay away....

Today they provided less (i got 4 pieces of banana peppers!!!), i did not receive any oil, vinegar or Parmesan vinaigrette. These items were requested and notes were added.
