I’ve been ordering Sir Pizza since the 1970s. I’ve always loved it, but no more. I ordered a pizza on their website. Wait an hour and no delivery. I call the store to check on it, and rather than apologize for the inconvenience and attempt to make it right, the guy just tells me the website doesn’t work (as if I’m just supposed to know that!) and that I need to order from the store (no concern or sign that they care about wasting my time or charging my money for an order I’m not getting!). I mentioned my concern over being charged twice (since I had a screenshot of the original charge from their non-functional website). He says that if I get charged twice I can come back to the store to get refunded. Just what you want, you have a website that doesn’t work, taking orders you won’t fulfill, charging money for those orders, but it’s the customer’s responsibility to figure out your mistakes and make sure they drive back and forth to make sure you don’t double bill them. There are easier ways to get Pizza these days. Domino’s, Pizza Hut, Papa John’s, to name a few as well as several locally owned businesses. And the lack of care about the inconvenience you cause your loyal customers is enough to sever those previously loyal ties. Read moreI’ve been coming to this location for 10 years. Have always enjoyed the pizza. About 3 months ago, I ordered a pizza and garlic bread. The pizza tasted like it was baked in pine sol or some other cleaning detergent. Very strong toxic taste. I can’t even describe it because it was so foreign. My 2 year old was eating from the pizza so I freaked out. I drove to the restaurant to address the issue. They remade the pizza and it tasted the same. The young manager politely refunded me and assured me they would resolve the issue. I decided today to order another pizza. To my dismay, the pizza had that same toxic taste. The gentleman I spoke to today was very rude and almost bothered that I was trying to alert him of the potential safety issue. I never got a clear answer from him on what the issue was with the pizza. Read moreA very bad experience and their customer service lacks common sense. I ordered a pizza online when my son arrives to pick it up they tell him they cannot find the order. He shows them a copy if the charge on my card they still say they could not make it. I look up the order on Skipify which is their third party vendor on their site to collect payment and even show them the receipt and that it was in fact ordered at the proper location ...still they questioned it. Instead of being met with an apology this is our error how can I make this right the guy says that he will just give me the pizza. Excuse me give me, I paid for it.
