This is the second time a very kind and respectful young lady named Jasmine has helped me.First time when my electrical cart stopped working she helped me get to car, I asked her dont worry but I was in middle of street and she pushed it. I asked her not to but she insisted because of traffic and etc... This time she was behind me and noticed my cart was beeping and said is it losing battery? Had not noticed and she immediately went and got me another one and helped me get groceries into car. Its the kindness and concern that was so appreciated. Kindness, concern and caring is something we can't buy. It comes from a caring person.Happy Holidays! Lately for months I have been going there. It's a nightmare. I hgo real happy, and get out extremely stressed. Jesus this electric cars for handicap are horrid. Today Saturday was awful. You have to jump up and down to start it. I get left stranded. Different places, all stressed , embarrassed, humiliated and you feel so horrible. Went to customer service and thing wouldn't work, young man wouldn't help, people waiting. Get home all stressed out and depressed. Your left stranded and helpless. New electric shopping carts. are needed. Today August 7. In an old cart I cut my my thumb. It separated the skin from my nail. Don't ask me how it happened all I know is that when getting up into old electric cart I cut cut and it is deep ,hurts and throbbing. Also you can check the cameras at produce department. A lady's electric cart kept stopping on my turn close to avocados she got it to start and came around corner ,was going to hit me ,I moved out of the way and almost hit a lady who was looking at fish. We all got scared. I explained to lady . She had seen herself. Lady in electric cart was having issues with it. I have pictures of molded electric cart. Another man yesterday said he was left stranded all over storewith same issues.He was at service desk with his son Great store ,great products ,friendly workers. 8/08.Still my favorite store.On my way out today . Electric cart stopped all of a sudden. Getting close to street , actually on partial part of street. Had cars stopping, some going around me. A nice young man helped get groceries to car while my friend got me a working cart. I want to thank young man. Hot but had help. Embarrassed but alive. September 28. Went to my favorite HEB. Got help from a nice young man. Electric cart kept stopping.Finally got outside and it happened with 3 more electrical carts. All would go and stop and hard to get them to go. Embarrassed but very grateful to young man who helped me. That's what we should be thankful for ,nice, courteous and good caring...
Read moreDisappointed in the lack of management training at this location. I attempted to complete a return and was told by the manager that “they make their own policies,” even after I cited H-E-B’s posted refund policy.
According to your own policy: • Alcohol purchased at H-E-B.com must be returned to the store where it was bought, within 90 days. • Most refunds require a valid receipt dated within 90 days.
The item was returned under 24 hours following the stated notice. When I questioned this store’s handling I was dismissed. I even called another H-E-B in the area. Their staff was fully aware of these policies and explained them clearly. However, when I called H-E-B’s customer service call center, they also seemed unaware of the official policy and could not give me a consistent answer.
This shows a serious gap in training — at both the store and call center level. The fact that a manager dismissed corporate policy and questioned where I had gotten it from is odd. If H-E-B locations are allowed to ignore corporate standards, it feels less like H-E-B and more like a franchise. Please address this inconsistency and ensure both managers and call center staff are properly trained.

Read moreI had a digital coupon for $10 for Zyrtec the cashier told me it was 119.00 total for all my groceries I swiped my HEB parthers discount card and the Zyrtec went back to regular price so I asked her what happen it went from 119.00 to 129.00 she ignored me. So I went to the side to look at my receipt and asked her to look at it and she did. She than called a manager and said it couldn't use both I had to pay separate. So the manager said I had to get back in the long line he did not even had the courtesy to help me and open a register to help me with the refund of the Zyrtec. The reason I am upset was that he could have helped me with the refund he wanted me back in line and I and frozen foods in my shopping cart. They need to take better care of the customers it called customer service just in case they don't know...
