I had a very unpleasant experience today at this Chick Fill a Located at Palmhurst, TX. (#03883) I ordered one Large Lemonade, but I was charged $59.88 for someone elses order, completely different than mine. My Lemonade was not even listed on the Receipt. When I got the to the Window, I was not asked my name, and I was not told my total before the amount was charged to the card. Thats insult number one. Manager takes some time, Im there wasting time at the Drive Thru, finally asked me go please park around and someone would come talk to me. I go park not before letting him know I'm in a rush and I do not want to be left there waiting for too long please. I go park and keep waiting, they took so long I had to walk inside the restaurant myself. Finally the Manager talks to me. His first suggestion is a refurnd in the form of a Gift Card because they try to stay away from refunds. Oh okay so your first suggestion is something that is convenient for you, sure lets fit your needs! I do not want a gift card. If you take funds from a Debit Card, you should return those funds to a Debit card. I received a refund in the form of Cash. I dont ever carry cash. You have a problem if you can take funds by mistake and refuse to fix the problem and issue a refund in the original form of payment. I'm upset about the mistake but more about your lack of common sense. You should at least fix an issue you cause and in a way that fits my needs not yours. Read moreI just ordered food from there around 8:45 4/18. To start with the drive thru, the person outside taking my order was complaining to have someone switch with him. He said it right in front of me and then decided to ask what I wanted to order. Not a good Chick-fil-A welcoming.
Then when I finally got my food, the fries taste as if they got the bottom of the barrel. It basically wasn’t fresh. I’m pretty sure these fries just sat there for a long while and that’s what I was given. They were way too crunchy and chewy at the same time. I didn’t finish them.
And the sandwich felt it was done the same. Maybe this was already cooked and left in a heater section for a long while and that’s what I was given. The bread had many soggy areas. Because I was hungry I just forced to finish that.
I should have just reversed back out of the dive thru and left after hearing the guy at the drive thru complain about switching places.

I ordered the #1 through the drive thru and right off the bat they started off differently, I didn't get welcomed to their restaurant or thanked when I finished ordering. I got my sandwich & it did not taste like a chick fil a sandwich. This franchise has set the bar high as far as customer service & food quality goes but at this location they did not meet those standards.
