There are great customer service representatives, and then there is Representative Caesar Torresâthe undisputed champion of the entire cell-service universe. I came into the AT&T store simply hoping to switch from the abyss of despair that is T-Mobile. What I didnât expect was to meet a living legend.
We hit some serious roadblocks thanks to the unholy mess that T-Mobile had left behind, but Caesar didnât even flinch. With the patience of a saint and the tenacity of a Navy SEAL on a rescue mission, he took the reins. But he didnât stop there.
Caesar Torres went above and beyond what any reasonable person could ever expectâhe came to my house after hours. Not only did he troubleshoot my phone issues with surgical precision, but the man grilled me fajitas in my own backyard. Real, sizzling, perfectly seasoned fajitas. And after that? He rolled up his sleeves and dove back into fixing my phone.
He stayed until 3 oâclock in the morningâyes, you read that rightâ3 A.M. He didnât leave until everything was running smoother than a brand-new iPhone on 5G Ultra Wideband.

They refused to review what they had obtained on my credit report. They refused me a post paid account, (since they had ran my credit already). Janie refused to reviewed the report that Alex the person who ran my credit without my authorization. They had no idea where to get the report nor if they actually had one. . It was pathetic, but I still think there is hope and there might be people willing to care for the customer in that store. Although I do believe employees must be retrain and they must be completely customer service oriented or must look for other alternatives of employment. At the end and the only reason this store got two stars out of me was because Janie the assistant manager was able to assist me in the process of transferring to a post paid account.    Read moreHaving a problem with my cell phone for couple days I decided to stop by in this local AT@T store to ask if they can help me out with my issue. After a warm welcome from Marco, who greeted me when I enter the store I discussed with him what was going on and ask him if he can solve the issue I was having with my cellphone. After awhile trying to fix it we found out itâs time for a replacement.(it was old anyway) He walk me thru all the options I have and carefully explained what was the best for my needs. After I decided what will work for me Marco helped me out with all the necessities I had to go to set my new phone working again. I felt very comfortable with his help and the knowledge he provided, answering all my questions and his flexibility to help another customers coming in and out of the store.
