Taco Palenque Palmhurst — Restaurant in Palmhurst

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had while visiting a restaurant. Unfortunately I’ve given these guys one too many chances and they continue to disappoint. If u enjoy waiting in your car 20-30 minutes sometimes even 45 minutes then this is the restaurant for you. I’ve tried ordering on the app ahead of time as well only to be told once you check in that they are barely starting the order. Today’s experience was the last straw, 2 orders and nothing else. Waited 45 minutes!!!!! Then the employee handing out the orders kept bringing me items I didn’t even order. As if that wasn’t bad he said the lady that took my order will come out to help me out! As the lady taking the orders came out she said “oh you had the 6 street tacos instead of the 4?” Needless to say they had forgotten we were even there. 10 minutes later they come out w out food. We check the tacos and sure enough they were all there. Man was that my biggest mistake, only checking the tacos. First off I had told them the type of salsas I wanted and extra condiments such as grilled onion and lemon. Well not to my surprise I get home after all this time waiting and realize they did not include such items. Taco p your employees need more training at this location. Management is terrible and clearly does not know what they are doing. No order just chaos and wasted time and food. I will not be going back needless to say....

Worst taco Palenque I've been to. I was the 1st one to order through the drive-through there was no 1 in front of me then they asked me to park on the side in stall number 1 in the meantime about 6 or 7 other cars had come after me and also parked everyone got their food before I did everyone was gone when the cashier came out to ask me about what my order was she said they had no ticket for me and they couldn't find my order after I had already waited for almost 40 minutes. They ended up sending the manager out and he came outside I gave him my copy of the ticket he went inside to go make it and they did offer me a free dessert but the desert wasn't even good and it did not make up for the 45 minutes that I spent waiting for my food. This palenque sucks first the cashier is rude then I order at 810 they take up to 40 minutes for the food to come out for the tacos to be cold and the entomatadas to be cold 🥶 I told the server and I told him tell them its cold but im taking home to heated up the guys were to slow on making the food cause they were to busy flirting with the cashier and she as well the mgr sitting down not checking on the customers I live here in mission but I have to go to sharyland cause they have the best customer service and the food is always hot 🔥 I will never again come to this place its sad I live in mission and they have the worst customers service and the food is always cold if the cashier just wants to be flirty and bad attitude stay home you...
