Subway — Restaurant in Palmyra

15$ for a footlong and two cookies. I would hope the sandwich would be made better than what it was. Half of the toppings weren't on the sandwich. The meat was in the hinge of the bread which meant all of the sauce and toppings were falling off. And you only got meat in the bite when you bite into the hinge side. Incredibly messy. Subway needs to bring back the right way to make a sub. There is an order of operations for a reason. Its just a sandwich but when a simple sandwich is starting to charge 15$ I expect better.

BTW. you should wash your hands before putting on gloves. You should then not use the register with those same gloves on. Then go use those gloves for the next customers sandwich. PSA. Handles for utensils should not be handle down in the refrigerated case resting on food. Basic food safety...

I was worried since it was in a gas station. Seemed clean and the girl was friendly. But dang, $15 meal that...

Ordered a chicken bacon ranch, was asked 3 times in a row by the same person what kind of cheese and do I want it toasted (I think she was). Then I asked for avocado spread. The other girl employee looks at the bin in front of her and says "no, we're out, it's empty"! She was too lazy to reach into the cooler to pull out a new bag when they ran out of it (you know like every subway has done for me and everyone else when they run out of it up front). There was only one other person standing behind me so it's not like they were busy. The sandwich was cut all awkwardly had to eat it with a fork and the amount of chicken they put on it was insane, it wasn't like double- it was more like quadruple. This store has very unprofessional employees and bad approach towards there customer service. I place order on Subway App directly. At first they updated on app that order was delivered but we didnt get any delivery. Than I called at store they said they are waiting on doordash to pik up order and instead of them calling doordash they made me call them. Than subways says i need to contact doordash and doordash says contact subway. But i never get delivery and plus i got insulted by there employee they hang up on me while i was talking.
