Genoa Pizza — Restaurant in Palmyra

We ordered a large pizza and order of spaghetti with cheese bread. They called back a half hour later telling us they were out of spaghetti and asked if mastacolli was fine. They showed up for delivery an hour and a half later with only the pizza and not the rest of our order. The driver explained he would go back to the restaurant and pick up my order and deliver it. We waited another hour, and nothing. I called again and someone named Jesus there told me that because it was 9 and they were closing, we weren't getting the rest of our order. No call. No food. Nothing. When I asked to speak with a manager, he told me there wasn't one there and that I'd have to call back tomorrow. When I asked for a refund, he told me he didn't know how to do that.

The most unprofessional experience I've ever encountered. The only reason I gave one star is because it wouldn't allow me to give zero stars. We will never be ordering from this...

Terrible customer service. Ordered from the Palmyra location last night because we thought the new Mukwonago location might be very busy. I ordered 2 dinners, 2 pizzas and 2 garlic breads. My husband went to pick up the order. One dinner was missing, so he walked back in and said one was missing. The person working there said he was the one who took the order and I did not order any ravioli dinner. Yes, I did. Instead of saying " Oh, I must not have heard her" or "sorry, I misunderstood", what my husband got was "YOU screwed up." After all that, the pizzas were only OK, the spaghetti dinner had very watery sauce, and the garlic breads were cold and soggy, with hardly any seasoning flavor, made with sandwich rolls. Sorry, will never order from...

Hey, truck driver here. Ordered a spaghetti with ground beef instead of meatballs. Unbaked. I had forgot i didn't have any utensils! When the driver showed up I asked if there was any utensils and he said no. I told him I had no way to eat it then (except caveman style). He offered to run back and get me some and was back in about 10 minutes. I'm Very surprised and appreciative that he did.

The spaghetti was incredible! Best i have had since my moms spaghetti. Sauce was not to sweet. Noodles were nice and soft. And plenty of ground beef!
