My friends and I drove from Plano to Arlington to try this restaurant we heard about to have a nice dinner. We picked the mixed grill combo for 4 people and it was served too quickly. After we started to eat, we noticed the food was very salty and the food looked like it was not fresh and tasted microwaved (hard and dry). We barely ate any of the food, almost the full plate was left when they took the food away to clean the table. We told the waiters about the bad quality of the food and we were ignored. When we went to pay we told the cashier about the food and how it was basically inedible and we did not eat. All he said was “we got you” and did nothing, I told him you have to do something not just say we got you. We paid full price and left with empty stomachs. We were shocked at the terrible quality of the food and even more shocked that management did nothing to amend the situation seeing that we did not eat the food save for the few bites we took to try it. Disappointing to say the least and if I could give 0 stars that still would not be enough. Take your...

Read moreI ordered on Uber Eats late at around midnight. I ordered a vegetarian Gallaya, Falafel, Vegetarian grape leaves. The gallaya was not fresh produce. The vegetables were slimy, mushy, and bland. The grape leaves were rancid and not fresh. People can get sick from eating food that isn't fresh. The only thing that was decent were the falafels, salad, hummas and pita chips. Their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I'm not going to pay for more food from you if my original order was unsatisfactory. I called them and they weren't trying to rectify the situation. They said that they cook the Vegetarian Gallaya early in the morning which explains why it wasn't fresh. The meal proportion is small and unsatisfactory for the prices that they are charging. If you want Mediterranean food go to Istanbul...
