I used to come here all the time and after the recent experience I had in the drive thru I will not be back. I came to the drive thru and ordered 3 Party burritos with extra chili sauce and cheese at 2:22pm on 9/11/2024. When I got to the window to pay asked the lady at the window if I could get 3 salsas thinking she would put them in the bag as she always did before. This time however she just hands me the three salsas that are not placed in the sack, then immediately shuts the window pretty much in my face. When she opened the window what felt like 2 minutes later to hand me my food I said thank you and she slams the window in my face again. I am saddened by the service I received and on top of that the salsa was gooey and odd textured, not like it usually is. Never again will I be back. This reasturant needs to be closed immediately, the blonde haired Hispanic lady running the store is absolutely horrible ,they all just leave you standing there ,no body in the drive thru ,nobody in the reasturant except me and my wife and they still just walk off to the back while we are waiting to order all 3 employees where standing there in the front when we walk in and they see us and totally ignore us and walk off ,this is the second time this has happened in the last 2 months ,should have learned my lesson the first time but gave it another chance and it's even worse than the first time ,really a shame these people could careless about customers or they're responsibly working in a reasturant, avoid this place at all costs ,you've...

Update: this location is still trash. Taco shells are stale. Salsa bar looks like it hasn't been touched in a couple days. At least this time it didn't smell like the staff just came from a smoke break. Not talking about cigarettes either. IYKYK. I definitely won't be back.
How is this location still open?! This is my 3rd bad experience in a row. Lesson learned. Went inside to order takeout. I saw too much. Someone in the drive-thru ordered a family sized meal. They put some of their items in the microwave. A bunch of taco salad shells stored away. Chips sitting out in bins. Where's the cover for fresh ess or flies?Old guac. No carbonation in either machine for soda. Nacho chips were stale.
