Worst experience with a business that I have ever encountered. Waited for my order for months only to be informed it was damaged, unassembled, and I would have to drive further than agreed upon to pick it up. Was yelled at by the owner because I was unhappy with my experience. Instead of resolving the issue with integrity and allowing me to decide what to do, she informed me that she would mail me a check for a refund instead of giving me what I had paid for. Went to Windhorst to look for a washer because mine had quit working. I was met with a smile and fast, friendly service. I found a gently used top load washer with an already good price and it was a little outside of my budget but they worked with me to come to a price I could afford. They were even able to deliver the same day and take away my old one. I will definitely be going back to Windhorst for future purchases on any appliances...

This place is a joke but on top of it they are crooks!! They came out, for my warranty company, looked at brand new Samsung washer, said they couldn’t do anything without part, was gonna order then call me when he was coming back to put part on!!
