Paoli Pizza Kitchen — Restaurant in Paoli

When this first opened it was awesome ! About a year in I ordered a pizza and it was greasy slop so I gave them another chance and tried the buffet out and it was only ok the food wasn’t very fresh and the pizza was only ok I thought “maybe I just picked a bad day” so a few weeks ago I tried the buffet again and it was so greasy it was barely edible ! Again I thought maybe it was a bad day.. my wife tried the breakfast buffet yesterday and the biscuits were so dry they were inedible . I loved this place when it opened and gave them the benefit of the doubt but I will not be spending anymore money here ! This isn't a shot at the owner nor at the food, the pizza is awesome. Whoever the woman is that works in the kitchen that answered my last two phone calls is terribly rude, she's hung up on me once, when she answers the phone she says nothing more than "hello" rudley making you wonder if you've called the right establishment. I know it's not the owner, I've heard alot about the owner and I've never heard anything more than he's a good person and Jed the delivery person is awesome. So props to that...but please find someone else to answer your phone calls and deal with customer service..shes not the one...and just to reiterate, this isn't about the overall experience because the pizza is...

We've been here a couple times now and the food is consistent and good. We've had the lunch buffet and just pizza. Both are great.....LOVE the bread sticks. You have dipping sauce options, I get the garlic butter. I'd happily go here just for the bread sticks. The buffet is great and you can't beat the price, which includes your beverage, especially if you eat a lot. We still have to try the breakfast buffet, which we've heard great things about.
