The Super Burger — Restaurant in Paoli

"The Superburger,"---- I don't recommend this place.

We stopped by "The Superburger" today to finish the "Ice Cream Trail," and went inside to a largely empty restaurant with two tables totaling around six patrons. The server informed us there was a 30 minute wait on a supposed "large party" of people, yet what was there to wait on, there was no one there? My wife informed the server that we would not wait and we would just get our Ice Cream Trail papers stamped, since the wait was so long, i.e. 30 minutes (and on an empty restaurant at that). The server said that they were giving the stampings away today for free (even though, according to the Ice Cream Trail papers, no purchase was necessary anyway at the participating stores. Hmmmm...).

So, we left and went to a nearby gas station for snacks and a soft drinks. We drove back by "The Superburger" and the parking lot of "The Superburger" was just as much, or more, empty then when we were there earlier. I guess they, at "The Superburger," must be living in some alternate reality where "empty" is "full" and where it is necessary to wait for an empty restaurant to become "more emptier," as in "minus zero." Almost like some kind of Zen Quantum Physics Philosophy.

Anyway, my opinion of "The Superburger" is, save your money, go somewhere else to eat, and definitely avoid "The Superburger" in Paoli, Indiana, unless...

Every time I'm in Paoli I think about The Super Burger. And most of the time I eat lunch here. Not far from anywhere in Paoli, you must make the drive.

Upon entering the establishment, I notice it has plenty of seating, including a potential banquet room, and outdoor seating. The establishment is very clean, and the waitstaff is very friendly and professional.

I ordered the single Superburger, loaded with a side of cottage cheese. The burger is not greasy at all, and is claimed to be from local raised beef from Robert's Farms in Campbellsburg Indiana. The beef patty is delicious, with the cheese, tomatoe, onion, pickles and sauce. This is in absolutely devine burger. The cottage cheese was good as well. The waitress brought our drinks pretty quick and the food wasn't far behind. She also checked on us regularly and asked about the food as well as if we needed refills, very courteous she was.. I genuinely love this place, and look forward to my visits to Paoli.

Pros: Nice employees, clean restaurant, delicious food.

Cons: None.

I'm eleven years old and me and my family decide to come to super burger, when we where ordering I ordered a jr burger thinking that it was a normal single paddied burger but when I got it it was a freaking tiny burger also I got cheese fries they where amazing definitely recommend.After me and my family finished our amazing food we decided to get there ice cream there is nothing wrong with the ice cream but when me and my uncle went up there to order I got a cup with one scoop and my other family members got a cone which remind you it was fully filled now when I got my cup of ice cream that was supposed to be one scoop of ice cream it wasn't it was not even a quarter filled I still ate it and I went back up there to get a bigger ice cream cone I told him about it and he laughed it wasn't funny this was a serious matter then he proceeded to fill up my cone with the sampler spoon it was the tinniest thing I have ever seen then he laughs at me crying and then he had to fill it up all the way and I told him I was writing this review and he laughs and said I just work he like what your cancelled but over all the food was FREAKING AMAZING WE WHERE...
