I have worked for this company for 3+yrs and its been HELL!!! H.R. is HORRIBLE!!! Everyone who works in HR are complete IDIOTS!! Its amazing how they have jobs still. It takes them FOREVER to do ANYTHING! Fernando and Mayra are complete DOE-DOE brains and Elizabeth Alvarez is a dumb bruja and so is Lizette Leyra!!! I feel like the company is only worried about making money and not enough about the EMPLOYEES!! They don't LISTEN to the employees if they have a problem and certain managers or supervisors are NO different! If you work here be on your Ps and Qs because they have NO COMPASSION for firing you!! Everyone in HR SHOULD BE FIRED and replaced by NEW AND MORE DIVERSE PEOPLE. TOO stressful to work here with NO APPRECIATION from management!!!...

Sat at the bar at A gate(near A15). The bartender Jake K was the worst. Joined the line for first round and second round although my husband and I were sitting at the bar. He was relieved for a break by Neil who was great and attentive to everyone around the bar. We ordered a around from Neil and it was 23.70. The same round was 36.50 from jake. Very disappointed. It’s bad enough we pay the jacked up prices but having to deal with a rude and non attentive bartender 🤷🏻‍♀️ He would have got another round from us but after sitting there for 30 mins waiting for him to come to us we just gave up. If I could put this a star lower I would this place is disgusting and terrible. Me and my family had to wait in McCarin National Airport for 8 hours in the T3 ticketing section to get out bags checked. For 8 HOURS the only food in this place is the grab and go that they have and I decided to buy a few things, only to find moldy cheese, stale meat, and it was all for the low price of $7 for a small snack tray. It is insanity, their customer service helpline which was nearly impossible to call and get ahold of is absolutely mind numbing and terrible.
