If you're planning to grab a bite at the Einstein Bagels stand when you arrive in Las Vegas, it's advisable not to rely on the hours posted online. Our personal experience illustrates this issue. We reached the airport and approached the Einsteins at 8:20, ten minutes before their scheduled closing time. To our disappointment, the attendant at the counter informed us that they were already closed and declined to take our order. Ordinarily, I wouldn't enter a restaurant so close to closing time and occupy a table, but this was a stand located within an airport, and my request for a to-go salt bagel with cream cheese wouldn't have extended their operating hours. The attendant seemed visibly irritated and eager to leave. If a business doesn't intend to adhere to its posted hours of operation, it would be best for them not to advertise them at all.

Wow! I’m rarely impressed with fast food at an airport. But it does happen. And this was the spot!! Las Vegas has some funky gates, but there was an Einstein right there and I had plenty of time. The two folks working there were slaying it. Working efficiently and well together. Just two peeps working their butts off. I had the Turkey, Avacado and Bacon sandwich. Prepped it without a lot of unnecessary moves and took it in the plane. I thought the taste would be poor after the great service. Nope, tasted great!! My standards for airport food just went up! Or rather this is now my try it again spot if I find myself in this airport. Fine dining it isn’t. Solid food prepped by two hard workers it was.

Las Vegas Einstein experience- long line but the man taking our order (Aaron) was amazing and made the long line worth it. He was smiling, joking and just a great man. We got our two breakfast bagels, coffee and went to our gate. Open up my bagel and the top part was all burnt! I tried to pull off most of it but I ended up with just the bottom part, top was destroyed. Not want you want when spending $35! Why didn’t they just toast another top. Very disappointed with quality. But Arron was great!

Dear Einstein Manager, I have been a customer of Einstein for 2 decades now. I love Einstein coffee and bagels. It is disappointing that I am writing to you because of your employee, Susan, at the front cash register on December 20th 2022 at 1330. Susan was rude. Susan was rude by rolling her eyes, making grunting noises and bothered by me asking for 2 shots of expresso with milk instead of a latte, ridiculous how someone could get upset at me for asking for 2 shots of expresso with milk. She rolled her eyes and made it very clear that she was upset and bothered by my order. I do not think this is appropriate nor acceptable. If I was the store manager I would be very consented to have a employee representing my store like this. Thank you for listening to my concern and disappointing experience today....
