My daughter and I ate here for dinner on 31 Jul 2025 prior to boarding our flight. In fact, we probably wouldn't have eaten here if it wasn't for a delayed departure time and a gate change that took us from C gates to B gates. Regardless, I was glad this occurred because it aligned our meal closer to the dinner window versus having to scramble around at our final destination to find something to eat. Not to mention, Shake Shack happens to be one of my favorite fast food burger restaurants in this country.
We ordered the Shack Stack, Shack Double, Hot Dog, and 2x Fries. Everything tasted as it should have; however, I will add that the fries weren't as perfect as I was used to (some pieces should've been left in the deep fryer for a little longer). Also, the burgers could've been a little more presentable - yes, I've eaten at this franchise many times to know that majority of the time, their burgers are flawlessly stacked. Despite these two things (which were minor in my opinion), the food tasted magnificent and definitely hit the spot.
The service was adequate; my hats off to the entire staff on shift when I visited because that restaurant had a lot of customers and we really didn't wait too long for our food. The lady who took our order was efficient and very nice (I think her name was Lolita, based on the name on the receipt). Also, I enjoyed hearing the employees speaking up loudly when calling people's numbers because sometimes it can be difficult to hear in crowded places.
The prices are typical airport prices...which you can take it or leave it. I'm never a fan of eating any of my big meals in an airport unless I absolutely have to, but again, I didn't want to try and find something late at night at my final destination so this was the best recourse for us. Shake Shack prices are not known to break someone's bank, so you're not really spending an arm and a leg here...even though it's located in an airport, but there is indeed a slight increase in prices. I am always grateful for this franchise's ongoing support to the men and women of the Armed Forces, including its Veterans - thank you for that! Overall, I enjoyed my experience here and highly recommend this restaurant...
Read moreHad terrible service that was clearly racially motivated. Was made to wait 40 minutes, natural for a busy airport location of course, except for when they kept skipping me and my sister. When we finally got serviced we got everything except our shake, after asking for ketchup and a bag, which were thrown at our general direction (note that all other non hispanic guests had their food gently packed and condiments handed to them). After this, we waited by the window, naturally assuming that we’d quickly receive our shake since other shakes were being made, after however 20 mins or so of being ignored we were finally approached and rudely asked what we wanted, which is when I calmly explained that our order was missing a shake and that I’d just like a refund as I needed to leave. I was then told that they’d just forgotten and they’d have it to us soon, note that by this point anyone who’s been waiting in line near us had already been long gone, so I hoped that we’d then be prioritized and quickly get our shake, but despite this I once again was stuck waiting even after the shake that I’d seen them ask to make was finished and set to the side. After another 5 minutes of me waiting to even get talked to I finally just asked if I could get a generic shake and leave since I knew my plane was about to leave, the manager (yes the manager was the one behind this treatment) finally just handed me a shake of the wrong flavor and as I walked away made sure to try and make a show by calling me “Mr. Attitude” in front of everyone else waiting and dangling a straw over the plastic cover. This was by far the worst customer experience of my life, and also the most clear example of racism still being alive. I would give this review a zero if I could. I will also be escalating this to management to ensure others don’t have to receive...
Read moreMy friend and I struggled to go to Shake Shack on April 7th after arrival. We learned this the hardest way once you leave arrival gate, TSA won't let you go back just for Shake Shack.
One security said we needed a guest pass from our airline company. Well, no point going back. An opportunity came when we wrapped up our 2 nights BTS concert tour. A friend got excited that we both saw Shack Shack before departure back to Bellingham.
I've never ever tried Shake Shack so dining here was quite exciting. We almost rushed getting our food in the morning at least 20 minutes before departure. Staff were so busy making food and packing all the orders.
We had to wait awhile, but food came out fresh. Shack Burger and Fries were so tasty. I really liked the patty to be crispy on the end. It was well cooked. Something I would never get to eat in Vancouver unless Shake Shack opens here one day.
Iced Tea didn't taste very good. Just a healthy tasting tea without sweeteners. I treated my friend for a lemonade she said it was tasty. I swear this was the best thing I've had during my Vegas trip. On a side note, if you have a tumbler or a bottle there's a water fountain for free. I wouldn't have bought a bottled water here. It's good to bring an empty bottle if anyone takes Allegiant Air.
I gotta say Shake Shack was worth it. Burger patty was grilled perfectly. Food was pretty good. Too bad, I can only stick to Wendy's or A&W in my city. Besides they have this in LA and Seoul, but none of this in Canada. I hope I get to try Shake Shack...
