Let me begin by saying that this company is absolutely incredible and their customer service is superb! I was looking for a specific bedroom set for a client and needed it by a certain day. I ordered one online and then was told it would be delayed by over a week. That was not going to work. I googled the set and found that Las Vegas Furniture Online also sold the set. I reached out to them and spoke with Adam, who was beyond fabulous! He was able to accommodate my needs and timeframe and ensured that I was able to pick it up within a day of ordering it. He even sent me all of the box dimensions so I was certain that it would fit in the rental truck. Once the item was in, Tanner called and assured me that they would be there when I needed them so I could pick it up. Tanner was also amazing at following up any time I called with any questions. Which really saved me time. Their delivery crew was going to be on vacation the day I needed to pick it up, which is why I did not have it delivered. However, that was not a problem for me as long as I was able to get it on time. When I arrived to pick it up, Adam and another gentleman loaded everything for me and went above and beyond to explain everything in detail about the assembly. I couldn't have been more happy with their customer service and attention to detail. Once we received the set and began putting it all together, we noticed a small chip in the wood on the front of the dresser. Which is just par for the course when you are getting furniture shipped, sometimes things happen. I contacted them immediately and spoke with Tanner, who was extremely courteous and helpful and made the process seemless to have the dresser swapped out. It took a couple of weeks to get the new dresser in, but Tanner has kept me posted all along the way. Once the new dresser is in, Tanner assured me that they would swap it out at no additional charge and that they would even look at the bed frame for me to ensure we assembled everything correctly. Read moreI found the furniture I wanted online and went to visit their showroom here in Las Vegas to see if I could go pick it up, but they don’t have the traditional showroom like I had anticipated. First thing is I got lost going to find the location so I called the store to see exactly where they were located and Kelly answered. She stayed on the phone with me until I found the location and was greeted by her out front waving me in. She was super nice and incredibly helpful. I went in thinking it may be pick up same day but they aren’t a traditional showroom so I asked if I could get it delivered ASAP. This was the Friday before Christmas and I had guests arriving the next week. I knew that was an unrealistic expectation but I couldn’t find the exact furniture like what they had anywhere else. I placed my order with Tanner that evening and he was super helpful as well. I got a call the following Tuesday that my furniture would be delivered the day before Christmas Eve because they understood how important it was to me. The store has a free delivery policy if the order is over $1.2K. I placed an order of $4K of which roughly 2/3 available and 1/3 in backorder. He wanted to charge me the delivery fee for the backordered items. I explained to him the situation that even we split the order into two, each of which would still qualify for free delivery. However all he repeated is that I have to pay for the second delivery. In the entire conversation he's inpatient, not listening, and talking in a condescending tone. In contrast, the store member was much more helpful and wanted to work it out.
