Fred's Bakery is my new go-to for sourdough and macarons, but they have other items on their menu. I have not had their cakes but if they are as flavorful as the other items I've purchased, then I won't be disappointed! You have to order in advance but that's to my advantage because I would have no control. Everything on her page looks divine. The sourdough is so flavorful! It's not overpowering at all. The macarons are exquisite: delicate and crisp shells with a wonderful filling. Her flavor pairings are gourmet, such as the chocolate caramel macaron and a basil-raspberry, which was out of this world delish. Texture and flavor are spot on with the items I've tried. If you place an order and go to pick it up, there may be extra items she's made that you can take for purchase. The cake slices she sells are going to be the next desserts...

We originally met Alina and her husband Fred at the farmer's market and became immediately hooked after sampling one of their delicious macarons! Ever since then it has been an absolute delight to get to know Alina more and to be able to experience all of her unique recipes.
